“Nora you are really lucky”

“He even asked me to date him”

“Really?”they asked in awe.

“I rejected”

“What?” .”Why?”

“I don’t date,men are animals. Just using them to get what I need. Se.x and money” “Brad’s got the cash”Angela said.

“I hate men alright. I can’t bring myself to date any”

“Why?”

“Its a sad story I rather not talk about it”

“You can talk to us we are your friends” Angel said and Lisa nods me a go ahead signal.

“I was raped some months back.

They me used like a dog, treated like an animal” I felt hot tears streaming down my eyes.

“Why would they do that to me?They took my innocence. l,my pride. I even lost myself”

“I’m really sorry dear”Angel and Lisa embraced me.

I felt safe with them,like no one was ever gonna hurt me again.

“Not all men are the same.I have a boyfriend”Angel said.

“A boyfriend who you cheat on”Lisa retorts.

“He cheats too”

“Cheats”Lisa scoffs. I chuckle silently as they argue

“OK I get it now,why you guys sit here arguing I should be having a warm bath”I smiled.

“Nora your brother is hot.Mind hooking him up with me?”Lisa winked.

“No way.He’s a no go area”I walked into the bathroom.

“Seriously? You like fu.cking other people’s brother but you don’t want yours to get fu.cked”

“Shut the fu.ck up”I yelled from the bathroom.

I pick up a cigarette and lit it. I placed it in my mouth and inhaled it as I puffed out smoke from my mouth.

“You smoke?”Angel asked.

“Yeah sometimes”

Melissa snatched the cigarette from my hands and smoked it.

“Give it back”I frown.

“Lit up another one”She sticks her tongue out in an annoying manner.

I picked up another one and lit it. I feel relaxed when I smoke.

I later lay on my bed as I slowly drifted off to dreamland…
