Kay’s P.O.V

When the bell rang, signaling lunch to be over, I stood up from the table.

“Hey, Kay!” Savvy shouted at me as she came over. I smiled.

“Hi.”

“Maddy just texted me and told me to get you and Hope together after school. She wants us to come over to her house.” I thought about how Dylan would want me to ride with him since he’s been taking me to and from school every day for the past few weeks.

“I’ll see if Dylan can drop me off there, though he might have practice after school.” I stated.

“Does he make you stay here at the school when he is in practice?” Savvy quizzed.

“Yeah, he is still blackmailing me with the photo.” I admitted to Savvy. I saw her expression drop. I knew right then that Savvy was thinking of Allen. I went over to her and gave her a hug. “Savvy, don’t cry.” I felt her push me away, I looked at her expression to see she wasn’t about to cry, but she was upset.

“Don’t baby me.” She said, glaring at me. She cursed as she looked away from me.

I felt so bad for bringing it up around her. I knew it was a fragile subject with her. We both started to walk together to our next class.

“So Maddy says meet her at her place?” I said, trying to change the subject. She nodded, looking a little distracted. I could tell she was still thinking of him.

“Alright. I’ll pass the message on to my personal Chauffeur.” I told her. She grinned and then skipped off, literally. I stood in the halls for a second and then all of a sudden I felt a hand grab my arm and yanked me into the storage closet.

“I thought she would never leave your side.” A voice said on my neck. I felt tingles slowly fall on the nape of my neck.

“Dylan, what the hell?” I shrieked and turned to face him. Before another word could escape my lips, he kissed me. I pushed him away. “I can’t do this anymore. I admit the night I snuck out of the hotel room and met you, and you told me how you felt for me, turned me on. But this whole sneaking around thing is not working for me. Why can’t we tell people we are dating? Because I swear I can’t hold this in.” I stated. Dylan said nothing and went to kiss me again. I moved out of the way. “Dylan! I am serious! I have been in a relationship before where I had to hide it from others. I will not do it again.”

“Kay, let’s not put a title on this.” He spoke, as he wrapped his hands around my waist.

“Dylan! Either you tell people we are going out, or you can forget it.” He raised an eyebrow at me.
