I was on my way to lunch, Dom walking beside me. He was talking about football practice and the game coming up. We were at the door when it swung open and Aiden came rushing through, a panicked expression on his face. He pushed me out of the way and I was subjected to the awesome tingles that always came from touching him. As I watched him run off I was going to chase after him when I heard the loud mummers in the cafe.

"He's does look gay"

"Stupid fag"

"I hope he goes to hell"

"He's an abomination"

Every one of those sentences made my blood rise to a boil. How dare they talk about my mate like that! I noticed I was shaking when Dom put a hand on my arm.

"Dude you have to calm down." He said calmingly. I took a deep breath before following Aiden slowly so I could calm myself before confronting him. I followed his scent for a while, he really hauled ass didn't he. Stupid basters made him feel humiliated; I could kill every one of them. The scent stopped at the bathroom; so I opened the door quietly. I walked in I found him on the floor. His head was leaning against the wall, his arms at his side and his eyes closed. He looked as if he was sleeping. This isn't what I was expecting. Walking over to him I knelt to his level and said his name. No answer, so I said it again and still he sat there with his eyes closed. I touched his trying to remind myself to not pay any attention to the sparks.

"Aiden" I shook his softly, why the hell isn't he responding? "Aiden, Aiden" I said starting to worry now. Finally he opened his eyes but his was struggling just to do that. His eyes were so dilated that his pupil were so small you could hardly see them.

"Youu are t-the seexiesst man I haaave ever seeen" he slurred struggling to lift his hand towards my face. Oh my god what the hell is wrong with him? I thought franticly, was he having some kind of medical episode? Is he on something?

"Aiden did you take something?" I asked him. He doesn't answer, instead he smiles, his cheeks were flushed and his eyes were drooping down. I leant over him and took a whiff only to be assaulted by an acidic type of chemical smell seeping from his pores.

He took something.

"Come on we have to get you to the nurse." I told him helping him to his feet. It took him a while to get his own feet back under him. He started to shake his head,

"I cann't goo... to the nurrssssssse" he said leaning heavily on me. Even though his body was flush against mine I couldn't focus on that I had to get him help.

"We have to" I said dragging him towards the door.

"No!" He pushed me off staggering backwards I was too slow to catch him when he fell on the floor. I rushed over to him,

"Aiden!" I exclaimed hoping he wasn't hurt but instead he just laughed.

"I can't go to the nurse" I helped his sit up.

"Why?"

"Because she'll know" he whispered to me like it was a huge secret.

"What the hell did you take?" I asked sternly. He shook his head and looked at me with hazy eyes. Then he just bust up laughing. Damnit.

"What the hell were you thinking?" I muttered sitting next to him on the floor closing my eyes in apprehension. I felt him touch my cheek and my eyes snapped up.
