Amelia's POV

I wish killing someone with your expression was possible, because the disgusted and stern expression that I was giving that bastard could easily injure a man, if not kill him.

But he, stood there, as usual with a blank expression as if nothing happened.

"Are you both going to stop looking at each other and say something?" Kylie's words snapped me out of my thoughts and I finally broke our staring competition, definitely losing it.

Kylie looked at and shrugged giving me a I-don't-know-anything-about-this look.

I rolled my eyes.

"I've to make an important call so I better go now, you guys enjoy." Kylie smiled at him and winked at me before going.

My curses failed before her.

"What do you want?" I finally spoke.

He came closer.

Don't come near. I may kill you and I don't wanna go to jail.

"Don't talk with me in that tone." He said through his gritted teeth.

Okay, what?

It's he who slammed the door shut on me. It's he who insulted my cupcakes. It's he who had made me cry. All because of him and now he's telling me to mind my tone?

Calm down Amelia.

Calm down.

I closed my eyes.

Suddenly I could feel the presence of some hot air and quickly opened my eyes.

My eyes met a large and warm chest.

As I looked a little upwards, my blue eyes met dark brown eyes.

He came so close.

We were almost an inch apart.

He was so tall that I had to lift my head a little upwards to meet his eyes and his nose was near my forehead because of which I felt the presence of hot air there.

He bent down a little until his lips were just a little apart from my ears and he whispered.

"You've got yourself in something dangerous which you're gonna regret afterwards."

His deep voice made my skin shiver.

Shall I push him back?

Well, I did neither of them. Instead I took a step backwards.

"What do you mean?" I raised my eyebrows.

"I liked your cupcake."

Somebody please explain what the hell was happening with me.

"But you returned me my cupcakes."

"I had taken one from them and then returned the rest to you." He looked at that box which I had kept on the sofa.

I rushed towards it and opened.

He was right.

One piece was missing.

Why didn't I notice? Oh God.

"So you liked them?" A smile crept over my lips as I asked him.

"I don't like repeating myself."

Rude.

"So, would you like to have some more?"

"No." He said without any hesitation.

My smile disappeared.

"But you said you liked them!" I pointed at my cupcakes.

"Yes, I said but I didn't like them so much. It was okay." He shrugged.

God, either kill him or kill me.

"Why did you come here?" I asked suddenly remembering my this question.

"I came here to meet your friend."

What? Kylie?

"Why?" I asked with my narrowed eyes.

"That's none of your business." Came his reply.

"Kylie!" I shouted.

"What?" She was balancing her phone between her shoulders and her ears.

She removed her phone from her ear and looked at us.

"Any problem?" She asked

"He came here to meet you." I rolled my eyes.

"Can I have a talk with you?" He asked Kylie.

I could bet Kylie was over the moon after being asked to talk by such a handsome guy.

I won't lie here. He was damn hot.

"Yes sure, come with me to that room." Kylie happily replied showing him the way to my room.

Before I could react, both were gone and Kylie, the witch, had locked the door.

What the freaking hell?

After around, what seemed like a thousand years, they came out of the room.

I looked at them disgustedly.

"We both have taken a decision." It was Kylie who spoke first.

"What decision?" I asked looking at that guy.

"Before telling our decision, let me introduce you, he's Aaron." Kylie smiled as she pointed at that guy.

I was seriously not interested in his name.

But.

Aaron.

I like the name.

"Please tell me, what's the decision?" I asked again, my curiosity almost killing me.

"I and Kylie are moving in together, in my new flat."
