I'll reach for you - S01 E74

That would be too easy

To my surprise, Kristen's cake was actually pretty good, probably because of Hunt. I know Kristen is not really good at baking. After eating, mom and dad gave her their gift, which was a sweater with her favourite band.

They asked me if I knew what it was since she listens to music a lot. She has so much that I got a little lost in what she likes the most, but I took the band with her favourite song. Hunt really liked it, and she took it on right away. It was a little too big, but it made her look so cute. Still, I have not given her my gift yet, I decided to give her when we went to bed.

I sit on the bed playing with my neckless and wait for Hunt to come up. Her footsteps are starting to close in, and then she comes in the door with a smile, but tired eyes. Kristen's energy must have taken a lot on Hunt.

She looks at me a little confused now. It's just I struggle to take my eyes off her. Especially since she looks so adorable drowning in her new sweater, the arms are too long and it makes me bit my lower lip. Then Hunt rolls her eyes and steps over to the bed. She lands face down.

"I am so tired." She mumbled against the bed. I laugh, but then I feel the bed shaking and hands on my shirt, dragging me down, and I land in Hunt's arms. She holds me tight. I bury my face in her neck and kiss her. She smells and tastes so goddamn good, that I can't make myself stop. My lips make her chuckle, and she rolls away as I start to lick her neck.

"Well, thank you." She says and dries herself with her hand. I grab her sweater and drag myself to lay next to her.

"You're welcome." I grin and kiss her cheek. She turns around and put her lips on my forehead.

"Hunt?"

"Yeah?" She whispers.

"I still haven't given you my gift," I tell her. Hunt wraps her arm around me making me bury my cheek in her chest.

"You are my gift." She yawns.

"Dammit Hunt, it's your birthday and I really want to give you something," I say and hit her in the shoulder.

"Fine." She chuckles and kisses me on the forehead. I reach down in my pocket and take both the rings on two of my fingers. Then I move my hand up for Hunt's eyes. I look at her smile as she takes her hands up to the rings on my fingers. She studies them, and then look at me with the crooked smile.

"You are still my favourite gift." She says and kisses my cheek, her soft lips make me chuckle.

"You like them?" Hunt nods with a huge smile, and take the rings in her hands.

"Since you were so brave to ask me, I thought that I could at least give you something for it," I tell her softly and lean in to kiss her on the cheek.

"Thank you, I guess this one is mine?" She says and holds it down for me to see. I look at the letters and it stands: Reach You.

"Yes of course it is." I kiss her on the nose. She takes it on and it fits perfectly, I was a little unsure if it would, but I knew Hunt has smaller hands than I do.

"And this must be yours." She grins and takes it on my finger. I look at it where it stands, Follow You. Hunt wraps her arm around me and rests her head on my shoulder. She leans in and put her lips on my neck, then I feel her nibble.

I chuckle and drag her upon me, and she cups my cheeks and moves her lips down on mine. She starts to nibble on my lip as well, and the shivers run down my spine. Hunt smile on my lips.

"You always shake when I bit a little." She moves back with a grin. I lean to the side and breathe her amazing smell in, and kiss her neck.

"Goddamn you smell so good," I mumble while keeping on kissing her, and then bite.

"Sky!" She laughs and rolls off me.

"Sorry," I tell her and turn to look at her, her amazing smile, beautiful blue eyes, and her tasteful lips.

"I really, really love you," I say so emotionally that the tears want to creep out of my eyes, but I keep them in. Hunt gives me the crooked smile and her blue, so focused on me. It makes my heart tingle. She moves and cups my cheek with her hand.

"I really, really love you too." She tells me softly and kisses me on the forehead.

"And I will always love you." Hunt smiles and kisses me on the forehead again, sending more shivers down my back.

"Are you sure?" I tease while grinning. She rolls her eyes.

"How could I not, you are the only one I have ever loved and wanted. You are the only one that makes my heart and head turn upside down every time I see or hear you. I love you even more than I can describe it." Her voice is so soft like her words. I grab her sweater and roll upon her. Then I close the distance with my lips on hers.

I kiss her desperately, how can I ever stop loving her. It is like she can make me fall in love with her every day as if it was the first time. Hunt cups my cheeks and moves me back.

"I love you through hell and back." She tells me and I snort.

"Isn't it to the moon and back?" I chuckle. She smiles and shakes her head.

"That would be too easy."
