My girl Neighbour -S01 E28

I am so dead!

The only thing that I can think of looking at Emma's face.

From having a smirking face then transformed into something worst.

Her eyes grew wide, her mouth formed a "Whaaaa-" without a sound and her nose, I swear I could see a smoke comin' out of it.

I should run for my life, literally.

I was about to turn my back as I decided, leaving would spare my life, I heard her speak.

"What did you just say?"

Her voice was so firm and a bit scary. I can imagine her face saying that, luckily I was facing the other side already.

I'm not sure if I should move from where I am standing, hell, I don't even know if I should breathe as I know my death is just seconds away.

I just stood there, not even attempting to look back at her as I'm sure her eyes are shooting fire already.

I took a deep breath, gather all the strength I have left and prepared myself to die.

I turned around to face Emma.

Boy, she was so red and sooo maaad!

"I am jealous???"

I think I have woken up the dragon.

She narrowed her eyes while her eyebrows furrowed, she looks like a different person.

This is the first time I have seen her so mad like this.

She was making small steps towards me as I made a small steps backwards and that made her more mad.

"E-Emma, I-I d-didn't-"

"You didn't what???"

I am so nervous, my underarms are getting sweaty as well as my palm, and I couldn't think of anything to tell her.

We are just staring at each other, fear was all over my face and I feel like peeing myself.

Gawwdd, I am so scared of her.

"Why would you say that I am jealous?"

"I- I didn't say that you were j-jealous, I-I asked if you were-"

"It's the same thing, you wouldn't ask it if you didn't think I was."

I realized I have nowhere to run when my back reaches the doorknob and she continues to walk towards me.

Few more steps, she'll close the distance between us.

And as if she read my mind, she stops half a meter away from me.

"Do you think I am jealous with that.. that flirt? Huh? Do you think I didn't know what she was trying to do? Do you think I am dumb? Well, Jenny, for your information, I wouldn't be jealous with such a cheap trick like that!"

I'm not sure how to react to that.

Though I want to ask her if she's aware that she's bubbling things that a jealous girlfriend would say but then, I should learn from my mistakes, asking things I shouldn't ask.

"Uhmm-"

"Uhmm what? Answer me, Jenny?"

There's the sarcasm again.

I haven't thought of anything good to say to her when she speaks again.

"Just because you cooked for her first doesn't mean I'm going to be jealous, so what if you were best friends before? Like you do things together, you, holding her hands or her, holding yours. Why would I be jealous over that? Were just... friends."

Emma looked at me, not the scary look anymore, it's more like, she was sad saying that. Especially on that pause she made when she said we're just friends.

Does she want more?

Does she have feelings for me?

The fear that I felt earlier was gone and replaced by something else.

Not sure what it is but it feels like.. hope.

I looked at her with so much emotion I'm afraid I might kiss her. Her eyes looking at me softly when it suddenly darted to my lips, does she want me to kiss her?

She was still looking at my lips when she wet hers subconsciously.

Right at the moment she did that, I felt so hot, particularly "there".

"Emma?"

"Hmm?"

"Do you want me to kiss you?"
