Folakemi pov

Adebayo rolled on his back panting heavily while I look exhausted, he pecked my forehead and went to sleep.

I woke up to another day, while gentle aroma filled my nostril

While I managed to stand up,

My body still hurts from yesterday fun.

I stand up and felt pain underneath while Adebayo came in.

He noticed the way I walk and burst into fresh laughter.

“Am I that rough?” He asked moving closer to me.

“You are very rough, you feasted on me like a dog feasting on a bone….Have I starved you for so long?”. I innocently asked.

“You really do and thanks for giving in to me. I never expected it yesterday night. Let me carry you”. He said lifting me up while he gently place me into the bath tub and bathed me. I felt like a small child, he slipped into the big tub and hugged my back.

“Let’s not start this in the morning”.

“Why?” He asked kissing myshoulder.

“I still feel pains underneath, we will try it next time” I replied while he sighed before turning on the shower.

We both bathed and brushed our teeth before moving back to the room.

I dressed in one of his shirt with boxer while he served our meal in the room.

“You are such a caring man” I complimented.

“That is how it should be or else, another man will snatch you away from me” he responded sipping the warm tea.

“No one will take me away from you, our day is near now and who will dare take me away from you”.

He felt relaxed hearing what i said

“I can’t wait for that day. We will be together and I am thinking of moving away from this house because all my family members know this place. I don’t want anyone to disturb you”. He said

“I don’t want you to move away from here, your mum will start accusing me of sending you away from her, let’s just stay here” I replied.

“Yeah! You are right”. He replied while his phone beeped.

“Who is the owner of this strange number” he muttered to himself.

Adebayo pov

I checked my phone and see an unknown number calling me.

I managed to pick it up.

“Hello, who is this?” I asked

“Yoh friend, I am Steven”

“Which steven”?”.

“Steven olatunbosun”

“Wow, is that you Steven? I have missed you. why didn’t you call me all these while?”.

“I was busy mehn, I came to inform your that I am coming back to Nigeria next week”.

“Really! I exclaimed

“Yes friend, I missed my country”.

“I will be expecting you, I have missed you alot. Can’t wait to see you”.

“Alright friend, we will talk later, bye” he said and ended the call while I dranked the remaining tea.

“Who is that?” Folakemi asked

“Steven, have you forgotten Steven?”

“Which steven?”.

“My only friend in school back then!.

“You mean Steven, d same Steven!

“Yes dear!

“Wow, where have he been all these while”.

“He is coming back next week Sha”

“Wow, that will be good” she responded while i packed the plates to the kitchen.

I came back and relaxed on the bed while she place her head on my chest.
