Hauwa knew that he meant an invitation for casting and binding the demons of conjivitis.

She kept the broom in her room as the gate pass for the deliverance session.

Ngozi came to her room and quickly recognized the broom.

“Hauwa the baddest, this broom wey you just keep so like trap for rat”

“Ngozi, wetin do the broom?”

“No be Segun brokm be that?”

“And?”

“Why the broom dey your room na? See your own room for kitchen”

“Broom locator, l hail you. If no be say you don go Segun broom go sing National anthem, you for Sabi how him broom be?”

“Hauwa, hahahaha, you no well, your mouth sha. But this broom wey you never return for daytime hope say no be for night you wan return am”.

Hauwa asked and faced her ceiling. They talked about other things before Ngozi left.

Hauwa waited for dark and then took her bath, wore new panties and her ashawo night gown. It was time for fighting.

She took the broom which was her gate pass and went to Segun room. She knocked. No reply. She knocked again and still no reply.

After a while Ngozi opened the door.

“Hauwa, na the broom? bring am sharp sharp, dey go sleep this girl. You Sabi disturb”

Ngozi said to Hauwa winking.

Hauwa left disappointed to her room and soon her wall started shaking. The familiar “Segun Odogwu” filled the air.
