After mom had settled me and Tina, life was a little bit back to normal.. Tina and I had settled our biff and we were sisters again.. She wanted me to be her P. A again but I told her I needed more time to be myself..

And as for my sexy photograph which was online. Jim had helped me settle the issue after i told him who was responsible for my pictures being online. He announced to the media that my pictures was a breach of privacy which was caused by Olivia… The B*tch was sued to court and was asked to pay a fine and she was to apologize publicly that she was sorry… After that, she was suspended for a month by her modeling manager..

I sure laughed hard as I saw her face.. I wished she was even fired from her job.. After that, The rantings about my picture ceased and people stopped treating me like I’m some kind of a wh*re.. But sponsors and other show biz agencies didn’t stop bugging me with their offers.. Well, 2 out of 3 ain’t bad.

As the days passed, I began to feel lonely and I was really in need of some company.. Ben said he was going to show, waiting for him to do that seemed like eternity..

So to avoid doing anything stupid.. I decided to entertain myself and make my life a little bit more fun by hanging with my Sister, Tina.

One evening, as I was at Tina’s place.. Olivia came in with another lady.. She greeted Tina and pretended not to see me..

Tina Evening Olivia, what’s brings you here?

Olivia I came to see you now… Don’t tell me you’re still angry at what I did..

Tina Well, you almost ruined my career and my sister’s reputation..

Olivia I swear to God, I never meant any harm.. Just giving your sister a chance to shine.. I never knew it would turn out like this.

Olivia This is my good friend Gina.. She just came here to relax and all.. She just had a terrible break up.

Gina told us about her breakup, She talked about the Guy she was once dating, about how he used her and blackmailed her threatening to ruin her life and marriage… She said a lot of bad things about himself in short she said he took pleasure in using women and ruining their lives.. I felt sorry for her as she began to cry.. Some men will burn in hell.

Tina God.. So who’s this guy, son of the devil?

Gina His name is Benjamin, but he prefers Ben.. He sires looks charming on the outside but on the inside, he’s a beast with no feeling. He works at a Photoshop back at home in Lagos.

Tina Wait.. Ben? Is he tall? And fair in complexion and always has glasses on his face.

Olivia Wait o.. Don’t tell me… Does he have this serious look on his face all the time?

Gina Yes, he’s the one.. How did you guys know that b*stard?

Tina He’s my sister’s boyfriend..

Immediately I heard all that, I felt weak all over.. I couldn’t believe it.. Ben.. My own Ben.. Impossible.. He may look odd but he’s not like that.. I can’t believe it..

Miranda You! Are you sure he’s the one?

Gina I have his picture, let me show you.

She brought out her phone and showed me Ben’s picture… I couldn’t believe it… It was really him.. It was Ben’s picture… I couldn’t feel my legs during that moment..

I slowly sat on the floor thinking about what I just heard.. This has to be a dream.. It has to.

Gina Poor soul.. I’m so sorry you had to find out this way. But you have to break up with that guy.. He may look sweet at first but later on he’ll make life a living hell for you.

Tina Thank God, things didn’t work out between us.. Miranda sorry o..

Olivia (laughs) My God.. I knew something like this might happen.. She was here showing off with him like some trophy.. Even I feel sorry for you.

Miranda SHUT YOUR MOUTH, B*TCH… God noooo…..

I slowly took my bag and went out of the place and went straight home.. Along the way, my mind was battling the Ben I knew and the one I’m hearing about now.. It was so impossible to think a guy like that might actually do something like this.. If it were Olivia, I wouldn’t have believed it but this woman came and was crying.. And I know no one has Ben’s picture except me… So that’s proves her point.. God, why am I so unfortunate with men.

Minutes later , I had arrived home, I went in straight and fell on my couch.. I began to cry feeling angry and hurt.. I couldn’t believe Ben was like this.. I had hopes I was going to spend my life with him.. Well I blame myself, this is what happens if you fall for a man you met for a short amount of time.

As I sat on my couch brooding all alone.. I heard a knock on the door, i went and opened it and to my surprise… It was Ben..

He stood smiling at me, and he had something on his hand like a picture frame.

Ben Hey..

Miranda Shut up you cheater.. I never knew you were a wicked soul.

Ben What is that suppose to mean?

Miranda so you ruin women’s life abi? Afyer having your fun, you toss them aside and find other ones to prey on?

Without wasting time.. Ben walked away and left his picture frame on my door step.. I couldn’t believe what just happened.. Ben was gone.. He had surprised me by showing up and now he’s gone…. What have I done?
