We start the episode with King telling Pragya that Chachi is not aware of their relation truth. He tells that Mr. Wick called and asked about you.. He praises Abhi for saving everyone’s lives and tells that he never thought he is a good man and can become his friend. He gets a call and tells that he has to go. Pragya worries for Abhi. Abhi is in the hospital. Dadi scolds Tanu for changing her dress and coming there. Tanu says Abhi’s blood was on her clothes, so she changed.

Doctor comes out and tells that he fears that Abhi might have an internal bleeding. Aaliya says if you can’t do anything then she will get best doctors. Pragya thinks to call Abhi, but his phone is not answered. She calls Tarun and asks did you have Abhishek Mehra’s manager? Tarun says yes and asks why you need? Pragya makes excuse. Tarun sends Aaliya’s number. Pragya thinks something is wrong and calls on that number. It turns out to be Aaliya’s number.

Pragya realizes that it is Aaliya’s number and thinks she will not make me talk to him. She calls her though. Aaliya checks on true caller. Pragya ends the call. She thinks Aaliya will scold me and make me recall the past. She thinks I will call her and asks about him. Aaliya says you? Pragya says I want to talk to your brother and asks how is he? Aaliya says you want to know how he is alive since 7 years. Pragya says I want to know how is he as I was in the bank. Aaliya asks what connection you are searching and says you have killed my Dadi and now. Pragya shouts. Aaliya blames herself for landing him unconscious in the hospital. Pragya asks which hospital. Aaliya asks her not to dare come there and says you are slow poison for him. She asks her not to come near Abhi there. She ends the call. Tanu comes there and asks Aaliya with whom she is talking to? Pragya recalls her words and cries badly.

Aaliya asks Tanu to stop her focus on Mrs. India contest and concentrate on home. She tells that Pragya just called and asked about Abhi. Tanu says Abhi kicked her out of house 7 years back. Aaliya says both of them are rekindling their love and feeling emotions for each other. She says Abhi didn’t care about himself and went to save her. She says if we don’t stop them now then they will unite. Tanu shouts and says I will not repeat myself. She says if she comes in Abhi’s life then I will do which I have never done before. Pragya recalls Abhi’s love and concern for her. She reminisces him and a fb is shown.

Aaliya asks Tanu to behave and says if she doesn’t mend then only a street guy will not look at her. Tanu gets angry and tells that Abhi hates her just as I hate her. She says Pragya acted to be simple girl and trapped him, but not anymore. Aaliya asks her not to be in misunderstanding and asks her to stop her stupidity. She asks what did you get from Abhi and asks if he saw you with love even for a second, or moment. Tanu says he saw me in party with love. Aaliya says he did because of helplessness as he was asked to do that. She says once Pragya comes back then she will take everything.

King comes to Pragya and asks if she is thinking about what would have happened with Kiara if anything had happened to her. Pragya says life would have been different. King tells that wick told that Abhi is in hospital. Pragya says we shall go and see him.

Pragya telling King that they shall meet him once. King asks whom? Mr. Wick calls King. King tells Pragya that Mr. Wick is very impatient to talk to him and asks her to sleep. Tanu tells Aaliya that she thinks she is taking revenge on her. Aaliya asks who gets affected with Pragya’s return? Tanu nods. Aaliya says I hate her a lot and asks who want her not to return? Tanu says nobody except me. Aaliya says Just us and says we have to be very alert. She says Pragya and Abhi shall not be closer else he will melt like an icecream. She asks her to go to ICU and tells that just as he opens his eyes, he shall think that you worry for him so much. Tanu says ok. Pragya thinks she has nobody’s mobile numbers and gets worried for her. She thinks to go to City hospital as King said that Abhi is admitted there. She then thinks of Aaliya’s threat and thinks she will meet her anyhow. She sees Kiara sleeping in room and tells that she is going out, but don’t want to break her sleep. She says I am going to meet your Papa.

Mr. Wick and King come to the hospital. He asks about his fever. King says I am fine. He asks did you want us to meet. Mr. Wick tells that he wants to get him treated by the doctor. King says do you think I am not serious about my health and tells that he already got herself checked. Mr. Wick tells that he already got Doctor’s appointment. Pragya comes there and asks Receptionist about Abhi. Mr. Wick sees her and informs King. King is coming to Pragya and gets a call then. He turns to attend the call. Receptionist refuses to tell anything to Pragya. Pragya tells that she is Pragya Mehra, Abh’s wife. Receptionist tells about the way to ICU. Pragya goes there. King asks Receptionist about Pragya. She thinks that woman was Pragya Mehra, and tells King that she doesn’t know anything about his wife. King thinks she came to check up and tells that he will search his wife.

Pragya comes near the ICU and sees Dadi, Dasi and others. Aaliya gets angry and says you? Purab and Disha get emotional. Dadi and Dasi get happy and emotional. Pragya also gets emotional and hugs Dasi and Dadi. Aaliya fumes. Pragya then meets Disha. Disha asks where did you go for 7 years away from us. Purab asks how are you? He asks did you come here to see Abhi and asks if she is in touch with him. Dadi says I told everyone, but nobody believed me. They ask where was she? Pragya says let me meet him first. Aaliya stops her and tells that you can’t meet him. She says because of Pragya, Abhi is unconscious here. Dasi says Aaliya. Aaliya says since she came in my brother’s life, he has to suffer and holds her responsible. She tells that she lost her Dadi, but will not lose her brother. Pragya says your talks can’t stop me from meeting him. Aaliya calls Security and asks him to take her out of the hospital as she is danger to her brother’s love. Security guy tries to take Pragya from there. Purab tries to stop him. Aaliya breaks the vase and asks them to stop it.

It turns out to be Pragya’s imagination. She is still standing far. Kiara wakes up calling Pragya and searches her. Pragya says if Aaliya sees me then she will create scene and sees changing room. Kiara sees Abhi’s handkerchief and thinks Pragya must have went to thank Rockstar and calls her, but her phone is in the room. She talks to Sweety, doll and tells that she loves her rockstar now. Pragya comes to the changing room. Nurse asks if she is really a nurse. Pragya says yes. Nurse tells her about Abhi’s case history. Pragya wears Nurse uniform and thinks nobody will identify her.

Aaliya seeing Disha crying hugging Purab. She thinks if they had any love or just pretend. Pragya comes there. Aaliya collides with her and asks her to be careful while walking. Tanu tells unconscious Abhi that she will be with him and be fulfilling the wedding vows. She says I am your real wife. She asks him to open his eyes and says Doctor said that if you don’t get consciousness in 24 hours then…She says she wants to be fine so that Dasi and Dadi call her ….she checks on mobile and says Savitri. She asks him to get up. Pragya thinks don’t know how Aaliya and Tanu behave with him. Disha asks Pragya thinking her to be nurse to tell about Abhi’s condition. She asks her to tell her. Pragya says I will ask Doctor and tell you. Disha finds her voice resembling that of pragya. Pragya goes inside and looks at Tanu. Tanu asks why she is looking at her. Disha tells Purab that she found the voice familiar. Purab asks her to relax. Dadi’s condition deteriorates. Tanu scolds Pragya and asks her to clean unhygienic hospital ward. Pragya looks at Abhi. Tanu says she knows such girls who traps rich girls. She asks her to show her face. Just then she gets a call and gets busy talking.

Pragya cares for Abhi and looks at him. Tanu asks why she is behaving like a girlfriend and asks her to show her face. King sees Aaliya and realizes she is Abhi’s sister. He asks how is he? Aaliya says you might be thinking that something shall happen to him. King says I am concerned for him and want to meet him. He says Abhi has saved his wife’s life and he wants to thank her personally. Aaliya says my brother is real rockstar. She says bhai is unconscious and you can see him from far. Tanu asks Pragya to show her face and asks if she is pregnant to walk slow. She scolds her and says she wants to show her face.

She is about to pull the mask, just then Suwarni Dadi knocks on the door and says your time is over. Disha says Doctor said that nobody is allowed inside and that’s why we said. Aaliya brings King near ICU and introduces everyone. King greets them and touches their feet. He offers help and says if you need help then you can tell me. Aaliya says she doesn’t need help. King says I appreciate that he has such a caring sister and says he wants to see him. Pragya cries in the ICU asking abhi how he can break promise? She thanks him for returning Kiara’s mummy to her. She says you asked me many questions and says she will answer to his all questions. She says she really missed him a lot and lied to him when he asked, but it was right as she never forgot him and remembered him every moment. She asks him t get up and question her. She says ask me once if I love you, and says I love you so much and asks him to look in her eyes and see her. She holds his hand and kisses on it asking him to wake up. Song plays.
