We start the episode with Rakhi calling Pammi questioning where is she, she explains that she has given Mahesh tea and also has advised Ganesh what he should prepare for lunch, Pammi comes then asks her to calm down and not be so worried because what is the occasion, Rakhi explains that she would so she reveals she has finalized all the work as Sherlin was not well yesterday night and was vomiting so she made an appointment with the doctor for her check-up, she decides to call Sherlin to in form that she is ready when Sherlin comes down the stairs, Rakhi questions if she is ready as they can leave, Sherlin is shocked questioning where do they have to go when Rakhi exclaims they have to go for her check-up.

Pammi asks her to not be so tensed as her mother in law has made an appointment on her behalf, Sherlin exclaims she has called her mother to come and meet her directly at the clinic as she would also have some time to talk with her, Rakhi advises her to leave and come back directly after the appointment as it is not safe, she leaves after Sherlin leaves explaining she would make ginger tea for Preeta as she is unwell.

Pammi sees Prithvi who rushes out in secret, Pammi sees him so thinks what anyone might think if they see what she has witnessed as first Sherlin left and then Prithvi rushed after her in secret, she decides to call Rishab, who is glad she has called him, he inquires about how everyone is so Pammi reveals that Sherlin has gone to meet the doctor which worries Rishab who asks what has happened, Pammi then reveals that it happens during pregnancy and there is nothing to worry about however she advises Rishab to call Sherlin as they say in her village that the wife should see the face of the father the most because the child would have the resemblance of the father so she desires to have another Rishab in their house.

She mentions he should first call Sherlin as she would be relaxed after hearing his voice, he agrees to assuring he would call Sherlin. Pammi after ending the call thinks it would be the best for her because if Prithvi is with Sherlin, he would be seen in the video which would make Rishab suspicious who will question what he is doing with her when he is actually the wife of Kritika, her doubts would also end so she would be able to live in peace.

Preeta comes handing Mahesh the medicine explaining he is getting really careless as he doesnot take his medicine on time, Rakhi also takes the side of Preeta so Mahesh requests them both to calm down as they have teamed up against him but he would stand up to them when his son returns, he gets worried so Rakhi changes the topic explaining he must scold Preeta as she is taking care of him even when she herself is not well, Preeta tries to say there is nothing of the sort as she just has a headache however Mahesh advises her to take care of herself, Rakhi suggests that they go and meet Karan as a family however Preeta declines and when they questions what the reason is she leaves the room, making an excuse that the milk would boil.

Dr Rupali is working when there is a doorbell, she opens it to find Kritika standing at the door who greets her, Kritika is impressed that her friend is so successful so she sits with her on the sofa, Dr Rupali reveals that she did not have any tea as she was waiting for her, Kritika mentions that she is right and one and wait to have dinner but the lust for tea is irresistible, Dr Rupali gets a call from Sherlin who is not able to understand the change in address, she explains she was not going to the clinic and forgot to mention it to Rakhi who called her late at night, Dr Rupali questions if she is coming alone Sherlin replies that she is with her husband, Prithvi immediately stops the car questioning why did she say he was her husband.

Dr Rupali goes to prepare the kitchen when she mentions she feels she should have called the patients mother-in-law but did not after thinking that she would be on her way.

Prithvi questions why she called him as her husband, Sherlin asks if he felt bad when she called him her husband, Prithvi says he cannot understand her as she herself told him to not act like her husband but now is herself saying it. Prithvi reveals she cannot understand what he is saying so Prithvi explains since her appointment was made by Rakhi the doctor might call her and it would get really problematic if she says something which she should not, Sherlin assures that it would not happen as the doctor would perform the check-up and not give her details to her mother in law, he is worrying too much, Prithvi reveals he always flies on a chartered flight, Sherlin mocks him saying this is why he came to borrow money from her.

Dr Rupali is convinced that she should in from the mother-in-law of the patient as she made the appointment, Kritika asks her to relax as she has done her work, Rupali mentions that she got so excited to meet her so cancelled the appointment, Kritika asks why did she do it when they have just met three years ago, Rupali says that she is a doctor because Kritika supported her so she was able to finish her study otherwise she would have joined the rockstar band, Kritika is relieved she did not join it otherwise she would have hurt everyone’s ears. Dr Rupali gets shocked, so Kritika takes out the cups.

Sameer is wondering why Shrishti has not arrived, the inspector seeing him questions what is he doing in the police station, he requests to be allowed to meet Karan but the inspector says that he cannot allow anyone to meet Karan as they have to follow the law as he is also being transferred to another jail, Shristhi sees that the inspector is busy in scolding Sameer so she can run to meet karan, the constable comes asking if he has allowed anyone inside but the inspector says he has not, Sameer wonders if it is Shristhi, the inspector immediately rushes after her.

Karan is in his cell when Shristhi comes to greet him, he questions why was she running as if she has done something, Shristhi reveals she has come to meet him and also brought the breakfast for him, he asks what is in it, she replies that Semolina pudding and fried tortilla which Sarla has made, the inspector catches them, they take the tiffin away while being rude with Karan, Shristhi starts shouting as she cannot bear the way they are talking with Karan, the lady constable takes Shristhi away.

Preeta standing in the kitchen wonders how she would be able to meet karan, the milk boils when she immediately turns off the stove, Rakhi comes asking what is she doing here when she is not well, Rakhi cleans it while Preeta is worried so she asks what is the reason, Preeta reveals when she went to meet Karan they did not allow it saying he was being transferred to another jail,

Rakhi reveals their family has also suffered a lot and now they would not be allowed to meet him, she asks her to not worry as Mahesh would find a way, she mentions they must always be positive, just as the Shristhi mata is watching over the so if they think good then it would happen, she advises Preeta to think good, when Preeta opens her eyes she questions what did Preeta think about so she answers she thought Karan was released and with them as a family, Rakhi in tears hugs Preeta.

Kritika exclaims she loves the view as it is a really nice location, after taking a sip of tea she is impressed how well she can make tea, Dr Rupali asks why is she wearing a Mangal Suture and when did she get married, Kritika asks her to not be so formal because she sent the invitation but she would not have received it, Kritika says that her marriage is a technical wedding so she explains that she married the person who saved her from a really big problem and then she got in love with her so they both got married, she assures they still have to get married in front of their families she would then be invited ass there is nothing to worry about, Dr Rupali explains she also has a boyfriend,

Kritika is really impressed after seeing his photo so questions if his eyesight is true because how could he make her his girlfriend. Sherlin and Prithvi rings the bell on the door then Dr Rupali stands to go them but Kritika advises that they lay prank as she would be the one to open the door, Megha is calling Prithvi but he declines it and they once again ring the bell.

Rakhi opens the door to find Shristhi and Sameer with Karan who is unconscious and bleeding, Rakhi and Preeta lie him down while everyone is worried, they questions Shristhi and Sameer how did they bring Karan back to the house, Shristhi mentions their car got in an accident with the jeep so Karan got injured, they question what had happened so Shristhi replies that they went to the new jail where the inspector said that Karan cannot be the criminal so he must be released,

since they were there Kran came back and she knows how fast he drives the car because of which they got into an accident, Mahesh exclaims if she understand what she I saying as her reasons do not make any sense, he questions if they are hurt but Shristhi replies that since Mata rani wanted them to save Karan which is why they do not have suffered even a single scratch, Pammi is shocked so questions why did she not hurt herself from a scratch, she asks them to take Karan to his room as he needs to rest, Shristhi thinks she should turn off the bell and also lock the doors so that no one is able to enter the house.

Sherlin and Prithvi are standing at the door, Kritika very excitedly opens the door, but Prithvi gets a business call so goes to the backside, Sherlin also follows him, Kritika is stunned to see that there is no one at the door, Dr Rupali starts laughing but Kritika asks her to stop, she goes inside to attend her call. Dr Rupali invites Sherlin inside when she comes at the front, she questions about her husband when Sherlin replies that he is taking a business call, Sherlin asks Kritika to take care off the husband and allow him inside the house, Dr Rupali forgets her mobile, but Kritika does not disturb her during the meeting.

Preeta is applying the medicine on the wounds of Karan, thinkin the time when he in order to free her accepted that he was the murderer of Akshay, she recalls when he shouted, she is not the only one to always sacrifice for the family as it is also his duty as a husband, Karan wakes up asking her to finish what she was doing, Preeta questions what he means, he demands a kiss, so she kisses on his cheek.

He is stunned after realizing that she is real so questions what has happened, Karan does not recall how he got back to the house, Preeta reveals it was because of his fast driving as he does not listen to anything she tries to explain, Preeta however insists he do not talk nicely with her when she is angry, Preeta asks what does he mean, Karan asks what has happened so calls Shristhi, she comes into the room and he holds her hand, she reveals she would only speak the truth if he leases her hand, she rushes out of the room calling Sameer but Rakhi enters and pulls her back inside questioning what has happened, Karan questions what lies have they told everyone, Shristhi reveals they have done something which otherwise could not have accomplished as they broke Karan from the jail.

Dr Rupali brings Sherlin into the room questioning what has happened, she reveals that she does not even have a proper clinic so how her mother in law got her contact, Sherlin reveals that she was not feeling well last night so started vomiting and she got tensed so called her. Dr Rupali mentions that this is the truth because even mother in law are the same as mothers so she got tensed, Sherlin gets a call from Prithvi so reveals that it is her husband, Dr Rupali leaves the room.

Shristhi is calling Sameer who is stunned after entering as everyone is demanding the answers, he exclaims she desires to get him scolded at which Shristhi questions what is he saying as it was their plan to free Karan which they have accomplished, Sameer reveals Shristhi forced her to perform this, Shristhi blames it on the police saying they were misbehaving with her, Karan stops her saying it was not the case as she forcefully came to meet him but they just took her into the corner,

Preeta questions why did she try to break the law, Shristhi is furious asking if she is trying to say that her sister is wrong, Karan stops them both saying he would reveal the truth till the time he was awake, he explains that he was being transferred when the jeep got into an accident, Shristhi reveals they were following the car, after it got into the accident she thought it was best to take him with them while everyone else was unconscious.
