I Do - S01 E298

Read Story: I DO Zeeworld, Friday 11th November 2022 Update

We start the episode with Armaan eating chillies and Mahira stops him. She gives him water. She says was just joking. Armaan asks Mahira how he can trust her. Mahira says never broke your trust, still if u wanna test me go ahead. Mahira is giving Armaan a foot massage.

Armaan irons Mahira’s suite. Mahira even teaches him how to iron her clothes. She then gives Armaan a shoulder massage. He looks up and notices Latif massaging his shoulder. Mahira-Latif laugh and Armaan back hugs Mahira. Mahira asks Armaan to make plates of her hair. Armaan asks Mahira to relax.

Kaynat makes Sameer drink spiked milk. They are in bed together. Suddenly Sameer feels high. Sameer is about to get close to Kaynat when he notices her hand limped and is scared. Kaynat says you are going crazy. Sameer asks for his meds. Kaynat goes to get.

Mahira is atop a ladder and cleaning racks and notices a cockroach and screams. Armaan is scared. He asks her to jump and holds her safely. Armaan scolds Mahira for jumping.

Sameer wakes up to find Kaynat sitting drinking tea. She asks him how he feels. Sameer says i dun remember what happened. Kaynat says anything could have happened but you were too drunk. Sameer asks when he drunk. Kaynat says let it be. She goes to make breakfast for Sameer. Sameer says something is amiss. Right then cops come and say arresting you for Kaynats murder. Sameer denies the charges. Sameer tells the cop you are the Doc. Cop says you are mistaken. Sameer says these cops are fake. Kaynat says he is crazy. Let him be. Cops agree to let Sameer be free.

Mahira thinks of baby names. Azan for boy and Armahi. Mahira says thats weird. Armaan comes with baby toys and says its merger of our names. Mahira asks what about our relationship. What is the name. Armaan brings Mahira outside in hall and its filled with heart shaped balloons. Armaan goes down on his knees and proposes Mahira. Mahira reminds about going thru Halala first. Latif-Gazala are delighted. Armaan asks them to leave him and Mahira alone. They agree. Amad comes and asks the matter. Armaan asks Mahira out.

Later Mahira-Armaan arrive back home. Armaan goes to get his keys. Mahira is standing on the stairs. Amad passes by her and she thanks him. Amad says am glad you both have reunited. He then turns and notices a vase full of water and spills marbels from it faking a fall. Mahira is about to reach to him when she slips too. Mahira hits her head and is bleeding.

Armaan rushes by her side and asks Amad how it happened. Amad pretends ignorance and fakes concern. Armaan asks Amad to call Doc. Mahira worries for their baby. Armaan assures nothing will happen to the baby.

Kaynat offers Sameer to go out for an outing. Sameer keeps mum. Sameer starts to think he is going crazy. Kaynat is delighted to see Sameer distraught. She asks Sameer to focus on things. Sameer worries about business and Kayant offers to run it for him. Sameer refuses to give the papers to Kaynat. Kaynat has spiked the water. Sameer agrees to sign papers in Kaynats favor. Sameer passes out.

Doc checking on Mahira says cant hear baby’s heartbeats. Armaan-Mahira are distraught. Doc reassures them. Doc praises Amad for calling her on time. Doc tells Armaan next 24 hours are critical for the baby and Mahira and to ensure Mahira doesnt fall asleep. Armaan reassures Mahira. Mahira feels guilty. Armaan says was an accident. Armaan comforts Mahira. Armaan promises to be by her side. Amad swears to move Armaan from Mahiras side and remove the kid from his way.

Armaan comes and gets casually romantic with her, and starts bantering as he cant allow her to fast asleep. they start talking about their intial impressions of each other, and how their love went through such tumultous turns, and how everything got ruined, and didnt go at all the way, they had planned. as they are clearing their misunderstandings, they come to realise the loopholes that amad had given to them, on the other’s pretext.

They both realise that amad did it against them all along. they are both shocked at each other’s ignorance, and how amad played them, and that his motives werent goo dright from the start. He is about to go to him, but she begs him not to go leaving her alone. but he says that they need to find the truth, and then gets to giving her meds, as its time.

meanwhile amad is furious as to how his efforts to kill mahira’s child fails always, as that child has to die, since he stands in his plan of marrying mahira, since armaan would need him. he remembers about talking to the priest, as to how mahira can lawfully wed armaan again, only after she marries someone else, who she divorces, and then marries back armaan. he also asks what if the woman is pregnant with the first husband’s child. The priest says this arrangement isnt possible then. he says that he has to kill the child anyhow, and thinks of an evil solid plan, and decides that he shall ruin life and its motive for mahira. He starts imginative talking to the unborn child, that he wont let his parents unite, as he wont ever divorce her, when she marries him, as per the priest’s instructions. He takes out the revolver, and by mistakes, fires a blank shot, the sound of which reverberates in the mansion. he is frustrated.

In their room, armaan and mahira hear it too and get tensed. He rushes out to check whats the matter. latif and gazalla gorging on food, too are tensed and shocked to hear this. he turns to go, but she asks why is he leaving her, as she is scared. he says that he would be back in a second and rushes out to check whats the matter. mahira is tensed as she finds amad walking in, with the lie, that he has been sent by armaan to take care of her, and tampers with her meds, and asks them to take it. She is tensed, but says that she shall when armaan comes, but he insists, and she says that he should back off. he says that she has to eat it, and then forcibly tries to shove the medicine down her throat.

meanwhile, armaan passes by amad’s room, and finds the broken glass shard, and then rushes in, to find the revolver, and is tensed, and rushes out. He comes back and aims the revolver at him, while mahira rushes to his side. On being exposed, he comes to his true self, and pretends to be sympathetic and highly apologetic and profusely begs for forgiveness, from them, just to get them unawares and when they are, he grabs the revolver, and takes out mahira from the room, at gunpoint, while getting her to lock armaan inside. he is frustrated. He vehemently tries to break the door open, and is finally able to, and rushes out.

Scene 2:

Location: Sameer’s residence

While kainat is asleep, sameer wakes up, with a dizzy head and eyesight, and then notices the empty bottle of medicines, and remembers how she had drugged with the entite bottle last night. he then surfs through her stuff, and finds kainat’s passport, and is shocked. then he also remembers how she had accepted when he had faintly recognised her, in his drugged state. he places a knife against her throat, and she wakes up, but manages to double cross him, and then has the knfie herself, and dares him not to try anything, or she shall kill him, but she has otherwise planned a life for him, thats worse than death. He is tensed.

Scene 3:

Location: Armaan’s residence

meanwhile, amad has mahira locked in a cellar, wherein she continues to tell him to refrain from commiting a sin, but he goes on his evil rant as to how he is so barbarous that he would get the child’s own father to kill it. She is aghast and asks him not to do so. he sys that he shall shake her faith in the lord, while she says that its so high, that people like him, cant even dare to touch it. Meanwhile, latif and gazalla are unconscious, as they are drugged by amad only.

Amad has mahira tied up, and continues to taunt her, while she asks him not to dare touch her. he says that he finally won. She says that armaan can never kill his own child. he places a bet. Armaan comes and she is overwhelmed, and then he asks what does he want, as his enemity is with him, and he should spare her.

Amad complies, and asks him to answer who he wants and loves more, his wife, or his unborn child. they both are shocked. Armaan gives a final point that he can still make amends and he shall himself set him up. amad asks him not to lecture and decide. he then finally selects mahira. amad then asks him to kill his own child then, if he selects mahira. The screen freezes on the trio’s face.

Amad rants about how he drugged latif and gazalla. He then asks him to give the abortion pill to mahira, taunting that their child wont feel the regret that he was sacrificed for the love story of its parentsa, and would be proud. she begs him not to. armaan profusely apologises and says that he cant afford to lose her, as if he loses her, he loses everything, and wont ever be able to forgive himself. She is distraught. he gives her the medicine. she too takes it and then gulps down water,

while amad watches evilly amused. Armaan catches amad off guard, and gets the revolver in his hand, and points it at amad, who eyes it viciously. Mahira watches on tensedly. armaan apologises that he has learnt betrayal from him only. she says that she knew their child would be safe. He lunges at her throat, and armaan hits him, and he falls unconscious with a head injury. armaan gets to untying mahira, and takes her away from there.

As he tucks mahira in bed, armaan promises to her, that he shall never let anything happent o her, or the child, even if his life is at risk. She says that she knows that nooone can separate them now, and she too promises to be with him, till her dying breath. he tries to hear the heartbeat, while she says that she is having some stomach pains. He hurriedly calls for the doctor, but finds that its switched off, and says that he shall go and get the doctor, in the meanwhile, he shouldnt sleep. she complies He leaves. she continues to assure the child, that he is fine, and that the doctor shall come and affirm the same.

Just then, she finds armaan with the doctor, who comments that her husband loves her very much, and didnt even let her sleep. mahira blushes. the doctor starts her examination, while they both tensedly wait for her to say something. She relieves them saying that everything is normal, and the child is absolutely fine. She says that its normal, and shall subside soon. He leaves to excuse the doctor. after she leaves, he assures mahira that she neednt be worried. she suddenly remembers about amad, and asks Armaan about him. he gets worried and tensed too. he goes to the store, and finds him gone, with a message, that they shall meet again.

Scene 2:

Location: Sameer’s residence

Kainat has sameer tied, while he screams to be left alone. she taunts and teases if its too tight, as he might try to kill her again. he asks what she wants angrily. she asks what can he give her, but she wants to give something to him, a new world, away from this, that he rightfully deserves, she wants to send him to a place that suits him, a mental asylum. he asks her not to do this, as he shall tell everyone. She asks him to go and tell everyone if he so wants, and then makes him hear the recording of his confession for murder.

she says that now he has two options, one to jail, and the other to mental asylum, and she thinks that asylum is better, as he can sit and remember what atrocities he out her through, and when he gets better, she shall come and get him. He says that they can sit and talk it out. But she says that they shall, when he returns. she calls wardboys, while he gets scared and resists, but they take him away, as he begs and pleads that this shouldnt be done.

Later, she tries to search for the passport, but doesnt find it, and wonders where it went. the police comes looking for kainat. bshe is shocked, and says that she is kyra, while kainat, sameer’s ex-wife is dead. He asks about her, and she says that she is his friend. the police asks her how conveniently he is in the asylum, and she got everything. Kainat asks him to hurry up as she has to catch a plane to new york. the police asks how would she go as the passport is needed and shows kainat’s passport.

She is shocked. kainaat feigns innocence, and the police says that they dont understand this matter. he says that he got this passport the day sameer was sent to the asylum, by one of his friends and this means that she betrayed sameer, and hence they are here to arrest her. kainaat says that she has two names, and begs for them to understand. she tries to bribe him, which angers him all the more, and she is taken into custody. She stands apalled and distraught.

Scene 3:

Location: Armaan’s residence

AFTER 8 MONTHS

As mahira goes into delivery, all wait in anticipation, while the nurse overwhelms them saying that its a baby girl. they all rush in. armaan is too ecstatic, while latif and gazalla rant about how she has gone on them. the doctor tells that its success, and perfectly normal, and both the mother and the baby are fine.

mahira says that she is the happiest today, and thanks the doctor. As all leave, armaan and mahira together eye the child, while he thanks her for this beautiful gift. she asks him to come in this house now, as they have a daughter. he says that technically they are divorced, and he cant stay here till he remarries her. she says that there must be some way. he says that there is, and now that she is in their lives, there must be some way out too.

They both look at her adoringly. mahira is amused, as she walks with the baby, while gazalla and latif continue to fight about the child’s resemblance on them. They find a woman dressed in white waiting for them. gazalla says that she has called this lady so that she can bless the child. they all sit and the lady eyes the baby.

the woman tells mahira that she isnt any normal child, but very speciil, who bears an old and pious soul, but is god’s miracle, and asks if she has any sign anywhere, when mahira doesnt understand her meaning. mahira reesponds in a yes, saying that its around her neck, and shows the same figure of eight that she too bears.

the lady smiles and says that she doesnt realise the power of her own child, and that she is miraculous, and shall change everything in an instant and has healing powers, and to test it, she shows gazalla’s pain in the leg, disappearing, when the baby touches her leg. they are all surprised. the woman says that she is a very pious soul, but she shall also be the centre of attraction for every devilish soul, and she shall have many enemies, but she would be able to fight all of them. mahria thanks her, and she leaves. she is however tensed.

Scene 4:

Location: The witch’s hideout

As daayans do some ritual, in a circle, the same lady who had blessed the child comes in, and then transforms into the ir leader who had helped begum too. she says that she is here to tell them, that the child, they were waiting for so long, the girl with the sign, is finally born and that she herself went and saw her. she says that now is the time,

to sharpen their weapons, and end that child. she then walks ahead, and sits on the third corner, and start their ritual, as someone;s body lies inside a marked circle, completely covered in red shroud. As it lifts up, its revealed to be amad lying on the ground. the witches eye her venomously. the screen freezes on his face.
