“When we got to our destination….” Michael started.

***Michael’s Flash back***

Michael ran all the way from his house to James’ with tears in his eyes, when James saw him, he nee-d not to be told what has happened, he quic-kly took Michael to another man, Michael stayed there with other people who were not below twelve or higher then Twenty five, as he sat in a corner, he borrowed a book an a pen, and wrote a letter to his mom, in the evening when they were about to take off, he asked and said that the letter should be delivered to his mom.

They were yet handed over to other person, who put every of them in some rooms. Then after few months of eating, drinking, slee-ping and resting, they heard the shock if their life, they were again handed to another man who was mean looking.

He went down quietly and to his excitement, he saw the security men drun!k, talking and absolutely not in their right s-en-ses, he walked back inside, wore his clothes quietly in order not to wake others that were slee-ping but unknown to him, a girl who was younger in age saw him but pretended to be slee-ping. He then walked outside, as he was about to step his foot out after opening the gate, some one called him.

“Michael???” The girl said, he was shocked and afraid, he turned back but to his amazement, he saw the girl dressed and also with her bag.

“Yes” he answered.

“I also want to leave to, thanks for ma-king it possible” She said, hvgged Michael and they both went outside and p@rted ways.

The next day, they got that two kids were missing, they searched but they couldn’t find them, the security men were sacked while the others were moved to other place.

END OF FLASH BACK

“Am so sorry son, I never knew, you went throu-gh all these” Veronica answered sadly.

“It’s fine mom, all is well, and I am happy I found you” Michael said smiling, Veronica smiled too.

“After few I began to starve, so I went to this big restaurant, I was looking for what to eat or steal when these rich couple and their kid c@m£ down from a beautiful car, with b©dy guards, I tried to steal from the man but I was caught, instead of been beaten, I was comforted, I cried so much and told them all I have been throu-gh, they were all sad and right there I bec@m£ their son, their son who was three years older than I am was happy that he would have a brother, since then mum, I have been living in luxury. “Wow!! You turn out to be exactly what I wanted, I love you son” she said happily.

“Same here mom” he replied.

“So are you married???” She asked Michael who was shocked.

“Oh my mom, we have spent hours talking, I have a long day tomorrow, I will call you later, I love you” Michael said hurriedly, which got his mom laughing, she knew he intentional ignored the question.

“Okay son, bye, I love you and am grateful for what you are doing for me” She said and he nodded.

“More are still coming, I love you mom” He said and they both smiled with that he ended the video call.

Michael stood up and walked around for sometimes, went to his room, layed on the be-d, smiled and sle-pt off after setting alarm.

The next day, George, Alexa and Adrian woke up early and hid themselves, soon Ashley woke up, she went to her father’s and siblings room but saw no one she was scared.

“Dad!!!!

Alexa!!!!!! Adrian!!!!!” She shouted as she c@m£ downstairs, she bec@m£ more scared cause every where was dark, the curtains were ti-ghtly closed, she was about crying when the light c@m£ on.

“Happy birthday Ashley!!!!!” They all screamed.

“Oooh, I forget totally” Ashley said.

“No, it’s ‘I forgot totally’ not ‘forget’, remember it’s in the past” Alexa corrected.

“Thanks, wow!!! Am really five now” Ashley said after receiving hvgs from her family.

“Yes baby” George said with smiles.

“Has godfather known yet???” Adrian asked as they made their ways upstairs.

“Am not sure, but you know he can never forget but he got a busy day today, am sure later he’s gonna call, and besides we will be celebr@ting when he comes right??” George said.

“Yes, that would be nice” Alexa said while her siblings nodded. They all went to dress up, George followed Ashley to get her dressed up. They entered the bathroom.

“But Dad, you shouldn’t be bathing me” Ashley said and George rolled his eyes.

“Not again, you know what, I won’t st©p bathing you until you are eighteen” George said with feign seriously, Ashley looked at him shocked.

“What????” She screamed.

“Yes, you wanna bet, cause baby if you keep reminding me this, I will st©p it until you are eighteen” George said and almost bur-st into laughter because the expression on Ashley’s face was that of horror. Throu-ghout her dressing she was quiet, George smiles whenever she is not looking.

“Done” George said, as he was throu-gh dressing her up, he was about to tie her shoe laces.

“I can do that” she said sadly.

“Okay” he answered, as he got to the doorstep, he turned and looked at her and bur-st in laughter, she looked at him. “Wow!!! That really frightened you baby, well I was only joking” He said laughing, Ashley face broke into smiles, she took her pillow and pla-yfully threw it at him but before it could meet him, he ran to his room.

“Jeez! That’s scared me, eighteen!” She exclaimed, took her bag and went downstairs her shoe laces swaying left and right.As she bent to tie her shoe laces, she had the bell on the door. She stood up and went to the door.

“Yes??” She said, as she said a female image that appeared on the device ti-ghtly fitted to the wall.

“I am the cook” she lady replied.

“Cook???” Ashley asked again looking at the lady from the device unknown by the lady because she was looking out on the road that lead to the house. “Dad, did you hire a cook!!!??” Ashley shouted.

“Yeah”

George replied enough for Ashley to hear. “And st©p shouting, you never know, you might be arrested”George said with a raised voice.

“Oh plea-se” She said and rolled her eyes. She opened the door.

“Hi, am Natasha, a cook” the lady said smiling.

“Oh hi, the kitchen is there and you will seen what to cook too” Ashley said, as Natasha walked in, Ashley closes the door. Alexa and Adrian walked downstairs as Ashley was tieing her lace.

“Can you do that, or do you nee-d help???” Alexa asked.

“No, it’s fine” Ashley answered without raising up her head.

“Dad hired a cook??” Adrian asked.

“Yeah, I think” Ashley answered, standing straight “See” she said as she showed her shoe to her siblings. Alexa nodded while Adrian gave her a thumbs up. They walked to the dinning room talking and laughing.

Natasha was cooking with anger burning in her, as she wished to just kill George right now and make this kids suffer for what their father and his friend did to Clara. After few minutes, she was throu-gh and was setting the table. The kids were quiet, she thought they would talk alot, so that she would gather some information.

“So all set” Natasha said feigning happiness. The kids smiled and began to eat, Natasha was not comfortable, she was looking for an avenue to get words from there mouths and also waiting for George to get down to the sitting room.

“So call Mom eat, be nice kids” Natasha said with smiles.

“We don’t have one” Adrian said unchalantly, Natasha noticed it, she wanted to find out more.

“Oooh am sorry about the separation” Natasha said feigning sympathy.

“Nope, she is dead” Ashley said

“And we are grateful for that” Adrian said quietly but Natasha heard it, she was boiling with anger, but tried to cover it up and took up a gl@ss cup.

“Oooh…. ” She was about saying when Alexa cut in.

“Ashley and Adrian, remember what godfather said no talking to strangers” Alexa cut in looking at Natasha who she see as strange,her siblings kept quiet and continued to eat. Alexa has been looking at Natasha intensively trying to re-ad her moods and b©dy movements, Natasha also has noticed Alexa stares, She tries as much as possible to hide her emotions.
