I DO - S01 E183

Read Story: I DO On Zeeworld, Monday 18th July 2022 Update

We start the episode with Faiz shocked as haya stabs him on the back. She finds his blood tainted hands, and then rushes down the bed, while faiz lies unconscious. In her rush, the candle falls, and the drapes around the bed catch fire. Haya watches as the candle lights the whole bed, afire by the sides, while faiz lies on it, helplessly, writhing in pain, screaming out to her. she ignores him, and runs off to escape. She starts the car, but is scared by faiz screaming for her. finally, he lies dead, and haya runs off.

Scene 2:

Location: Rahat’s residence

Rahat wakes up instinctively, sensing something, and opens the door. He doesnt find anything, and then turns around. He doesnt realise that haya has walked in after him, dazed and terror stricken, mumbling that she killed faiz. rahat is too dazed and stunned to see haya, standing before him. She keeps mumbling in shock, and is about to fall off, when rahat catches her and holds her in his arms, as she lies unconscious.

Scene 3:

Location: Ahil’s residence

Ahil goes through his pics with sanam, when tanveer comes in. he gets conscious and then comes in to help her sit. She says that she has come to apologise, while he says that it isnt needed. She says that after rehaan and ahil told her, she is sure that she is hallucinating, and she is always scared and restless, as she feels that someone is trying to ruin her ad her family. He tries to assure her, but she says that she is certain about that. He says that good people always have good fate. She says that she has decided to keep a prayer gathering at home, where everybody prays together and that she has called the priest for this, so that they can be out of doubts of darkness. He agrees. she thanks him, while smiling evilly, thinking about her plan.

While sanam gets ready to pray, tanveer comes and congratulates her on her victory, but doesnt ask her to think that this is permanent, as new year shall bring her defeat. Sanam asks her to let go now, as all her efforts failed, and that she wont be able to win, as god favours those who are true. tanveer says that means god is with her, as she too survived many death atacks, and is very truthful. sanam asks her to let it be on time. Tanveer asks if she can hide her secret for too long, as she knows there’s someone, who is behind her, and who is giving her courage to move on, and that having seen the world, she knows that she is being supported by someone, and the day she gets to know who is it, her game shall be over. Sanam defiantly says that there is someone who sticks beside her like a shadow, that gives her strength and courage, her God, who as long as he is by her side, noone can defeat her. Tanveer says that she may need someone, but she is capable to handle sanam alone, and that they shall decide who wins and who loses. she snidely wishes her a happy new year, and sanam reciprocates.

Ahil, in his room, is tensed remembering the latest incidents, and then his romantic memories with sanam. As he walks aimlessly in the hallway, he collides into sanam, who falls in his arms, as fate would have it, and romantic yet awkward eyelock follows. they both compose themselves. sanam asks whats he doing at such a late hour. He says that he wanted to see her, as what happened today wasnt her fault, and had rehaan not told him, he wouldnt have understood. Sanam says that she doesnt know why tanveer feels so, as she doesnt want harm for her. Ahil says that she may not be able to be blamed for today, but she is guilty, of jilting him at the altar, and making a joke of his love and their relation in front of everyone, and for that he shall never be able to forgive her.

Sanam asks that she accepts her mistake, and that there should be a punishment too, and asks him what he wants, as she would accept whatever punishment he gives her. He says that the only punishment for what she did to him, is that he doesnt want anything from her. He leaves, while she stands tensed, wondering when would ahil’s anger subside and she would be able to see the old ahil again. Sanam finds fireworks, celebrating new year, through the window, and thinks that this year took away a lot, but gave too, ahil and rehaan’s company and her sister, seher, and hopes that the lord gives her the strength that she is able to take revenge for her parents’ death, from tanveer. Ahil prays thinking that he doesnt know who to believe or not, as all are god’s people, and hopes that in this new year, he gets to know the truth, and return his love back to him, as he eyes sanam’s pic overwhelmingly.

Seher and rehaan are in the garden, where seher as usual, starts chattering about her new year resolutions, and rehaan overwhelmingly eyes her, amused at her loose ended resolutions. He teases her saying that she wont be able to do anything. She says that she has one that she has decided to fulfill, and thats to never lie to him. He says that he shall also promise never to disbelieve her love ever again, and asks her to promise that she would agree to whatever he tells her. She asks how is that possible. She also says that they need to resolve that they shall never fight as that would stop their love from progressing. they have a good laugh at this.

Some priests come, and are taken inside by gazalla to tanveer’s room. Meanwhile, Tanveer evilly thinks that she has passion for victory, and hence she shall win, this year and sanam would have to lose. She says aloud that the new year shall forever pull sanam into darkness, and then greets the priests. They smile and then take off their beards. They take out their surgical kit and gloves, and begin to get ready for an operation, while tanveer smiles congratulating herself too on the new year. She lies down for the surgery to begin, as the doctors ask if she is ready. she complies. the screen freezes on her evil face.

The doctors disguised as priests leave after having finished their job. A week passes by since the operation conducted on tanveer. latif continues to rant about the extra work that she has to do. Meanwhile, in her room, tanveer smiles evilly as she stands in front of the mirror, thinking that time has played its bet, and now a little more wait.

Meanwhile, in the store, sanam finds ahil searching for something, and thinks that he being alone, is the right time for her to talk to him. She goes inisde, and finds him rummaging through stuff. a loosely kept box is about to fall on ahil’s head, when sanam saves him, through a mad dash, and in turn, ahil lands on the floor, with her on him, and a romantic, awkward eyegaze and embrace follows. Just then, ahil’s phone starts beeping, and they both consciously compose themselves. He picks it up, saying that he would just arrive with the folders. He takes it, while sanam stands tensed, and then eyeing her tersely, he leaves. She wonders whats was he searching for. Her eyes fall on a loose paper kept stranded, and as she takes it, she finds that its Rehaan’s birth certificate, which would prove that this is tanveer’s son, and decides to show it to ahil.

Ahil shows the folder to rehaan, saying that this isnt pictures, but the corner of his heart, that he never revealed to anyone, and says that he wants to make Tanveer feel so special, on mother’s day, and starts ranting about how and what tanveer means to him, and that he may have hurt her, but he wants her to know, that he was, is, and shall always be a part of her life. Rehaa sys that he is getting overly emotional. Ahil says that its justified, and he understands it, as rehaan never got his mother’s care, and that tanveer too is like a mother to him. Rehaan is overwhelmed. He asks him to get the pics made in a portrait, and asks him to also receive the gift jewellery, that he has ordered fr tanveer. He leaves. rehaan remembers how he was ignored, and says that only he understands this pain.

Meanwhile, Seher is very happy to find sanam’s evidence, and decides to teach tanveer a lesson. sanam says that even if this cant prove to ahil, that tanveer is a liar, then there’s nothing else that they can do. Seher says that this shall surely open ahil’s eyes, to tanveer’s true identity. Rehaan comes inside asking whats in this. All get tensed. When he sees whats it is, he gets tensed. Seher says that she understands tanveer kep his identity a secret, and hence now its time, that tanveer is exposed to the world. rehaan says that ahil wants to surprise tanveer on mother’s day, and he too shall do the same for her.

A person from the jewellery shop comes,to deliver what ahil had ordered for tanveer. gazalla and razaak hungrily take it, and as they see it, they are stunned into shock. rehaan thinks that this is the right time for the switch, and tells them to give it to him, as ahil wanted this. But they say that they wont let a servant touch it, and go inside, mumbling frustratedly. A disappointed rehaan goes to seher’s room and says that he got a wonderful chance at exchanging the certificate with the jewellery, but since razaak and gazalla was there he couldnt. Sanam wonders whats to do now. Seher is determined to get the keys right in front of their eyes. Rehaan and sanam are boggled.

In their room, gazalla and razaak are ogling at the jewellery, when they hear the doorknock, and lock it in the almirah. They find that its sanam, which is actually seher, who says that in the new year, she wants to mend relations with everyone, and has made his favourite sweetdish for him, and lures him to the kitchen. He is tensed for the locked safe, and says that he shall taste it here only. She starts praising him, saying that only he could point out the fine nuances in it. He agrees and leaves. He asks sanam to call gazalla too, and she agrees, while he is oblivious that she has already stolen the key from his coatpocket. She throws it to rehaan, who watches from a distance, and then leaves with razaak and gazalla. Rehaan rushes with the key and opens the safe, and finally finds the jewellery box, and eyes the jewellery hurtfully, thinking that this means more to his mother than his own son.

Scene 2:

Location: Rahat’s residence

Haya has nightmares of faiz and his tortures with her, and wakes up to find him, sleeping next to her, singing, and then saying that even death cant do them apart. she is shocked and horrified, as he lies smiling. She rushes out screaming, and rahat, working in the kitchen, hears her screams, and rushes to find her bundled in a corner, scared and terrified. He is apalled, at her condition. He comes to her and asks whats happened. She shows him to the room, and says that faiz would kill her for revenge, despite faiz trying to tell her that there’s noone there, and asks her to calm down, and have faith on him, that he wont let anything happen to her. rahat thinks that faiz isnt alive, but haya is still scared, despite their changing their residence, and prays to the lord, to keep her safe.

Scene 3:

Location: Ahil’s residence

Razaak and gazalla hungrily eye the sweet dish, while seher continues to keep them engaged in nonsensical banter. Razaak is reminded of his key, and he along with gazalla goes berserk when they find it missing, and rush to their room, with seher making a mad dash after them. Seher wonders if rehaan finished the work or not. She stands in front of the door, asking which key did they lose. They are frantic and distraught. Rehaan hears the commotion outside,

and hurriedly starts doing his job. In his haste, the jewellery falls on the side, under the bed, and he places the birth certificate in the box, and closes it rushedly. He tries to retrieve the jewellery, while she tries hard to keep them engaged in conversation. He is unable to, and then keep the box with the certificate inside the safe, and locks it back. Rehaan comes from another door, and sgnals seher that the work is done. Seher lets go of the door. They rush inside. Rehaan gives seher the key, and she takes it inside, showing it to them, if this is what they are searching for. they hungrily take it, and open the safe, and find thebox as they kept it. The screen freezes on seher’s amused face.

While haya sits lost, she hears noise from the kitchen, and goes to find rahat working and kneading dough in the kitchen. He asks her why is she here, as she should rest, while he prepares food for her. She insists, and he says that they shall together make food. As he lights up the stove, haya remembers faiz’s screams from the burning bed, and starts screaming. He composes her saying that nothing happened.

Meanwhile, haya gets ready, dressed up in indian attire, just the way rahat likes it, and smiles at her reflection in the mirror. She remembers herself and rahat getting dressed for th party for the first time. She thinks that rahat is right, and if she is trapped in the past, then she wont be able to embrace her new life with rahat, and that she would live by his likes, and start afresh, as the haya, who only belongs to him. She opens the door, hearing the doorbell. She is surprised to find a scroll along with a rose, saying that this is from the one, who can talk a lot even being quiet, through her eyes only, and remembers their initial encounters.

she moves ahead, and finds a teddy bear, with a scroll, saying that this is for the girl, who he has hurt a lot of times, and who forgave him every single time. She moves onto find another scrool with rose, saying that he promises to keep haya safe, as his wife, and shall keep her forever happy, safe and secure, and never let trouble befall her, and love her so much, that even thousand lives seem short for it. She is overwhelmed with tears, as rahat comes in Shahrukh style, playing the banjo, to amuse and cheer her up. Rahat smiles at her. He extends his arms, and haya rushes to him, and clasps him tight, as he embraces her tightly, in the glory of their victorious love. He bends on his kness, and presents her a ring with his proposal, and she extends her hand for him to do the honours. He complies. He cups her face and wipes the emotional tears, and kisses her lovingly on the forehead. They move ahead together, for a beautiful evening.

Scene 2:

Location: Ahil’s residence

Rehan and sanam wait tensedly, as ahil gets tanveer down, and in front of the projector. Tanveer asks why was this needed, and ahil says that this is nothing compared to the sacrifices that she made for him, and that he being an orphan, can never repay back the debt that she created on him, by supporting him, and cared for him, at every step. He requests that she views a collage of pics that he has put together for her, to show how much he cares for her. latif begins with the slide show, and ahil excitedly starts explaining each and every story behind every pic. tanveer pretends to be overwhelmed and showers her love on ahil, while rehaan and sanam watch tensedly. He then shows his favourite pic, in which taveer buttons ahil’s shirt, with rehaan in the background,

standing sad. rehaan is distraught to see it. Sanam is tensed too. tanveer thanks ahil, and he says that he should thank her, and that the favour that she has done on him, he cant repay it even with his life, and prays to the lord, that she be his mother every birth of his, and he her son. He gets emotional, while she pretends to be modest, saying that she should be thankful, that she got the chance to spend some beautiful moments with him, and thanks him instead, for his worship. rehaan and sanam are tensed. The mutual admiration continues, after which ahil says that he got a small gift for her. Rehaan remembers how he had tampered with the gift box. He asks rehaan to give it to him. But razaak and gazalla instead present it to him, saying that they have kept it safe with much concern and care. Ahil tensedly takes it, and presents it to tanveer. Sanam and rehaan eye each other. He asks tanveer to open it, while she opens it excitedly.

As she does so, she finds the box empty, and says that there isnt any jewellery but a paper, and shows it to ahil, who’s surprised himself. rehaan and sanam wait in anticipation, while razaak and gazalla are also shocked. Ahil and tanveer are equally boggled. Ahil goes through the paper, while rehaan and sanam wait tensedly. He is shocked as he goes through it. Tanveer asks whats the matter, but ahil is too stunned to speak. Ahil is shocked to read the letter from the jewellery box, and gets enraged. Ahil asks tanveer who is she referring to as her son, himself or rehaan, while tanveer stands speechless and shocked.

All are tensed. Razaak and gazalla are boggled too. Ahil tells what the certificate reads, and asks tanveer if its true, insistently but she is at a loss of a response, visibly tensed and upset. Gazalla and razaak are shocked to hear this. He begs her to say that this is all a lie, as he only trusted her in the whole world, and she betrayed him so badly, and asks why and why she kept her own son as a servant, and how could she keep this secret from ahil, himself. Rehaan speaks up and asks tanveer, to say that this is all infact a lie, addressing her as mother too. tanveer and ahil are shocked, while sanam is boggled. Ahil turns around to face Rehaan, boggled, and in rage. The screen freezes on Tanveer’s, ahil’s and rehaan’s face.
