She reminds her that she took her in and raised her.

Sejiro points the knife at her and asks where Seyive is.

Meghonu coughs up blood.

She suddenly grabs the hand with the knife and says the gods don't love her anymore and they are taking their time to kill her so Sejiro should show mercy and make it quick.

The elders troop into the palace dressed in white attire with white scarfs on their heads.

Folake walks into the room

Dr. Jide asks how they will eventually remove it.

Folake says she doesn't care as she's leaving Aji.

Dr Jide says the government already sent representatives and Obi met with them so if he goes missing, not just Aji will be after him but the entire country will be searching for him.

Folake panics and says, no.

Dr Jide says it's either they stay in Aji and be miserable or leave Aji and be in hiding for the rest of their lives

Folake asks if there is no other option.

Dr Jide says there isn't.

Obi is at the shrine.

He asks if Mausi can hear him.

Peace responds.

Obi says the people from Jegba have waged a war against Aji and he doesn't know what to do

Peace tells him the gods are always watching.

Obi asks if she's alright.

Peace asks why she wouldn't be alright.

Obi say he's tired of Aji ; Oviyon would be a better Otogan than him and Mausi should have exposed him when she knew he wasn't Miyise.

Peace shouts and runs out from under the curtain to ask if he isn't Miyise.

Obi is shocked to see her.

He asks where Mausi is

Sejiro is leading Meghonu to the shrine.

Meghonu says she's tired and thinks her time has come.

She tells Sejiro that she loves her and all she did was for her own good; she misses her and Dethin is not like her because Dethin wants too much, too soon.

Sejiro doesn't respond.

Meghonu tells her to ask Dethin what happened to Seyive.

She holds her and calls her Akweyon.

Sejiro says her name is Sejiro.

She pulls away from Meghonu and walks off.

Meghonu grips her side and cries out in pain.
