He says Obi's subjects attacked his men and have broken the treaty so they shall sleep no more, instead, there will be blood and sand.

He pulls out something from his pocket and drops it on the floor.

It's sand wrapped in a big leaf.

He also pulls out a machete and drops on the floor.
