Kidnapped By A Tree - S01 E03

You really can’t see them, grandma?

“Yes. I don’t even know what you are pointing at” she revealed.

“I’m in trôuble. I hope nothing is wrong with me” I lamented as I looked at grandma with dumb face.

I was left with the question of who the two boys are. I can’t fathom the reason why the two are appearing to me in my dream.

“They are definitely my father’s missing brothers” I finally came to a conclusion.

“The reason why they are not seeing them and I’m seeing them is because this issue is more than physical. It is spiritual. There’s something more to this”

I was still brooding over what to do when my gaze fell upon the inscription on the wall again.

“Your tòrture start tonight”. On seeing this, the next decision to take appear clearly in my mind.

“Hey. Just call your Papa and ran away from this place. Go back to your house” this is the only sentence my brain was thinking about.

“I must call my Dad. I can’t sleep another night in this house”

I quickly went inside my room and roll over the blanket to take my phone that was under it.

I picked the phone and press the power button to switch it on.

I realized the battery has shut down while pressing it two nights ago.

I picked my charger and went out to search for a place to charge my phone.

While walking out with the charger, grandma saw me and stopped me to ask of the place I was going to.

“I want to go and charge” I told her.

“Where are you going to charge?. Don’t you know this place is a village. There’s no electricity here and the only person that have generator in this village rarely switch it on” she explained.

I heard everything she said but I still went out to confirm with my eyes. I didn’t find any place to charge.

I was moody throughout that day.

To avoid seeing what was written on that wall, I had to place the frame back.

After eating dinner that night, I begged the househelp to allow me sleep with her in the room.

I dragged my bed and put it on the floor beside hers.

It took me some minutes before I dozed off.

When I finally slept, it didn’t take long before the nightmare started. This time, it took entirely different dimension.

When the two boys came, they didn’t tap me gently the way they did the first time.

They held my feet with cruelty and dragged me out of the room violently.

The way they handled me made me remember what I saw on the wall, “Your tòrture start tonight”.

I grabbed the house help’s bed and held it tightly to avoid them dragging me out.

But my power was no where near theirs. Of course, they are two people.

They dragged me out of the room and out of the house.

The moment we went out of the house, I felt this very cold breeze on my skin. It seems as if they pulled off my cloth but they didn’t.

When we finally got outside, they started dragging me towards the tree. The way there were dragging me made me think that, I will definitely enter the tree that night.

The moment we reached where the tree was, I woke up instantly.

Yeah, I woke up but not where I thought I will be.

The moment I woke up, Instead of being inside the house and on the bed I slept last night, I saw myself outside and I was beside the tree.

I was still thinking about how I got there when an unseen force started dragging me towards the tree.

The unseen force started dragging violently towards the tree.

“I’m about to be kìdnapped” I muttered to myself helplessly as there was no one I could call for help.
