I kept smiling as Javier and I walked down to the castle holding hands when deep down butterflies were dancing in my belly and pixies were jubilating in my brain…

If he wasn’t holding my hands then i think i would be flying across the sky…

What was I even thinking when I said I still have feelings for Jonas??…

I do not even love Jonas or at least I thought I was…

I just said those words to Javier to just console myself…

What is even wrong with me??..

I fell in love with him without even knowing!!..

I’m in love with the grumpy,arrogant,rude and domineering King who turns out to be nice,loving,sweet,honest and a good kisser too…

‘Your highness can I say something??’..i blurted out loud..

‘What??’..He asked and I bit my bottom lip…

‘N..nothing never mind let’s go back’..I stammered and he kissed my cheeks as he walked ahead of me like a schoolboy who just got a kiss from his first crush while my hands just swayed like the school girl who gave him the kiss…

I’m just so glad he’s happy now..

‘Happy birthday your highness!!!’…Every servant in the castle screamed aloud as I opened the door to the courtroom…

‘What the..’..I said short for words as a very huge cranberry cake was glided towards me…

‘Happy birthday Javier’..Mom said aloud as she came with a parcel..

‘Thank you mother I can’t believe you guys did all this!!’..i exclaimed and she pressed a soft kiss to my cheeks..

‘It’s the first time you’re celebrating in a long time Javier all thanks to Queen Elena here,she may not be a queen physically but she’s a real queen at heart’…She replied and I smiled at Elena..

‘Thank you’..i whispered..

‘You’re welcome’..she replied and walked away…

No woman has ever been this kind to me…

I can’t believe I used the pain of the past to hurt a lot of them with my over reactive libido…

Elena has made me realise that there’s a lot to live for and because of that I’m gonna make it up to her…

I yawned loudly as I slipped onto my robe to go downstairs when I spotted Javier talking to a court lady and smiling too…

‘Excuse me’..I snapped with my voice overcomed by jealousy..

‘Where are you off to??’..He asked..

‘None of your business!! Why don’t you go back to the lady you’re planning to sleep with!!!’..I yelled with my hands scampering all over the place and he held them down…

‘Hey what is wrong with you?! First you’re sweet and now you’re feisty?? Do you think i want to sleep with Lady Maddy?? Come on Elena she was just telling me how happy she is to see me in this manner’..He replied and I grunted…

‘Please let me go Javier’..

‘Yes thinking.There’s been some fishy things going on in the palace and i think there’s a traitor in my walls’..He said and his eyes suddenly grew darker with worry…

‘No i am not bluffing Javier listen,there are over a hundred napkins in the kitchen according to Madam Pat but in the account book a lot of money was paid for three thousand napkins’..I explained and his eyes widened…

The maids bowed in acknowledgement of my presence and i smiled nodding my head..

‘Yes Queen mother I’m really psyched up and happy today,I don’t know why but i think something good is going to happen’..I replied..

‘You mean a surprise of your own??’..She asked and I arched a brow..

‘King Javier Orlando the third awaits your presence in the courtyard my lady’…The butler of the house said and I nodded…

I ran into my room and without the help of the maids i changed into the most beautiful pink dress adorned with red petals and slipped a rose in my hair…

‘Oh my God a racecar!!!! Javier you got me a racecar?!!’..i screamed at the top of my voice looking at the new model custom made racecar?? with a red bowtie at the front…

‘Surprise!!’..he replied and I didn’t think twice before kissing him hard on the mouth….

‘So is this a good time to declare our feelings for each other??’..

‘Yeah i think so…I love you Royal Grumpy’..
