She is making this house unbearable for me and I might loose it if care is not taken” Kemisola soliloquy as she sat down on the sofa in the sitting room.

She picked one of the newspapers on the table to reqd through when Iya Labake walked inside the room.

“Where is this girl, since morning, she left this house without thinking about coming back to cook food for myself and my son, You see now,if I start again, they will say am wicked. Where is she now?” She asked facing no on one in particular.

Where Kemisola was sitting, she could hear her shouting but she decided to ignore her as she continued reading.

“Ehn, ehn, you are here and I have been shouting your name since for the past ten minutes now but you were counting my voice, right?” Iya Labake screamed at her.

“Mama please, enough is enough, ahn ahn, what is the matter self, am I the only one that would get married. Don’t you have your own house, since you have gotten here, you have been tormenting my life with all kinds of useless acts and I had been tolerating you because I took you as my mother but now it seems you are passing your boundary” Kemisola shouted at her.

At first, mama was shocked, she did not know that she could be so daring like that but had to control the situation to make it feel as if she was not moved a bit.

“Oh, who gave you liver to challenge me, ohh, you are now growing wings right. You of all people telling me that I have over stepped my boundary…Omode o mogun oun pe lefo (you are being childish) and I will show you why you don’t insult me” Iya Labake said to her in annoyance.

” In the name of Jesus, you can’t do me any harm, if you try it, ehn you will regret it” Kemisola screamed at her throwing down the newspaper in her hand.
