‘Good morning people!!!’..i said aloud as I walked towards the dining table only to see Javier and Calla’s red with anger…

I bit my lower lip trying to hide the laughter in my voice and I sat down…

‘Good morning your highness how was your night??’..i asked and he threw me a haughty glare…

‘You think?!! You really think so?!!’..He yelled and i snickered…

‘Yeah I really think so,well I’m off to the stables to ride a little so you can have fun with your best friend’…I muttered and left..

A perfect revenge…

And the perfect payback for the both of them…

I’m so glad madam Pat planned the whole thing for me by attracting all the hidden rats with the best cheese in the world…

And the cockroaches???..

JAVIER’S POV❤️

Why do i have a feeling that Elena knows what happened to me last night and why is she so bubbly this morning…

I frowned and followed her to the stables where she began grooming the horse…

She was so gentle with the strokes and the horse neighed in approval of what she was doing and she smiled as she nuzzled it’s nose..

‘You really do like horses huh?’…I blurted out loudly and she jolted making the brush in her hands fall..

‘Why are you here?? Shouldn’t you be with the love of your life??’..She asked and I frowned deeply..

‘I am your husband Elena,is it wrong for a king to spend time with his wife??’..

‘Unless the king hates her,you obviously hate me Javier so why don’t you go back to Calla or f**k any of your palace courtiers since that’s what you’re good at!!’..She snarled and I just smirked..

She really wants to piss me off but as the matured one I won’t heed to whatever she’s trying to do..

‘You should be doing your queenly duties Elena,I won’t tolerate this insolence of yours’..I said with a frown on my face and she climbed atop the horse..

‘I’m heading out for a ride your highness cause I’m bored here!! I’m totally bored with all the fancy dresses and accents and royalness!! I’m tired of the maids and guards always at my doorstep waiting for my call and because I’m bored I’m heading out to the woods’..She replied wanting to giddy up but I quickly grabbed the reins of the horse…

‘You aren’t going anywhere!! What if you get lost in the woods?!!’…

‘I won’t get lost cause I am an adventurer and i have a compass so get lost’..she said..

CALLA’S POV❤️

‘You are surely the most stubborn female I’ve ever met!! How many times do i have to say this Calla?? Stay away from the King he’s married now!!!’..Dad screamed as he paced around the room angrily….

‘Dad I love him with all my heart,I love him more than you can ever imagine so what would you have me do?? I’ve been with him through thick and thin so you don’t just expect me to leave him for that pompous Lady Elena??’..I fired back feeling the hot tears stream down my cheeks..

Why doesn’t anyone understand my feelings??…

I love Javier more than he could ever imagine and nothing could ever change that…

‘She is your queen Calla!!!’..He said aloud..

‘She is not my queen and never will be!!’..I scoffed adamantly and turned to leave but he held me back and pushed me on the chair..

‘Now listen to what i have to say—Lord Richard’s Elder brother Malcolm is searching for a wife and I’ve invited him to lunch so be on your best behavior and let’s pray he approves of you am I understood?!’..He said as my head hung low…

‘Yes father’..I replied and he walked away…

There is no way I’m going to marry that widower who calls himself Lord Malcolm…

My heart beats and would only beat for King Javier Orlando and if I can’t have him no one would…

ELENA’S POV❤️

The horse trotted quietly through the woods and I began whistling and enjoying the evening breeze only for me to hear rustling behind me…

‘Are you stalking me??’..I retorted sharply as soon as I saw Javier on his own horse….

‘We have to go back Elena the woods isn’t safe’..He replied jumping down from his horse and walking towards me…

‘What do you want from me Javier?! I’m clearly out of your way as you always want me to be so what do you still want??!’..I asked..

‘I am your king!!!’…He yelled..

‘I’ve heard that over and…’..My voice trailed off as soon as I saw the most dreaded beast in the forest…

‘Uhmmm Javier?? You might want to run’..i added and he frowned…

‘Why??’..He asked.

‘W..well cause.. Cause there’s a boar behind you run!!!!’..i screamed and immediately the wild boar charged at Javier who fled instantly…

He ran into the deeper part of the woods which was super dark and i ran after him as soon as i came down from the horse…

‘Get on a tree!! Get on a tree!!’..I yelled and my voice instantly died down as soon as the beast’s full attention focused on me…

Oh no…

‘Elena…Stand still and look him in the eye’..Javier said..

‘What are you saying?! I don’t want to get killed!’..I scoffed loudly but still didn’t loose the gaze of the animal..

‘Just stay still’..he murmured and the next thing I knew he drew out his sword and split the animal which was clearly unaware In half..

‘What the?!!’..I cried out as blood was splattered all over my body…

Some landed on my mouth and i spat it out immediately and searched my pants for a handkerchief but couldn’t find one…

‘No!!..No no no no this can’t be happening!!’..i cried out as i searched my pockets frantically…

‘I think we’re lost in the woods Elena but luckily we have a map and compass according to you’..He said and i gulped hard..

‘I’ve lost the compass and map Javier which means that…

‘We are lost in the woods!!! Oh my God you are so irresponsible!!’..He yelled and i scoffed loudly..

‘Don’t blame this on me you’re the one who followed me!!!’..I fired back..

I mean he’s a king so he should know every part of his kingdom..

‘Ughhh this is all your fault!!!’..We both screamed in unison..

So we certainly have our JAVELE lost in the woods?..

Javier didn’t want to her to go into the woods and Elena didn’t want to be followed..
