I went to her house immediately I woke up

“It was short ma, didn’t sleep early cause of Deborah been missing”

“Ma, have called the person she followed?”

“I don’t even know the person. She just came to me inside and said she’s strolling with a friend, that’s all I know”

“Wow, which boy could she have followed?”

“It seemed she mentioned a name like John”

“Yes, she said he came recently as a new student in your school”

“It seems I know that boy, she taught him geography during the school’s test”

“Where could he have gone?”

I just kept crying silently

My fear was that she shouldn’t be kidnapped by ritualist

Police men came to ask to a few questions and also dropped their number in case we heard anything

What I don’t understand is that the kidnappers hasnt ask for ransom yet

I can’t believe Wonder just used that word

I know she’s really not happy about Sarah moving in with us

But it’s too much for her to concentrate on matters like this

I wish I could be good mother from the start

A mother who talks to her daughter constantly since when she was born

I didn’t focus in that, all I wanted was for us to survive and eat

But now that I have realized my mistakes

I’m not gonna let her distract her self with adult issues

Deborah’s POV ?

Is this guy for real?

As in is this how he treats a lady

“And number 3..”

“Stop what? I’m not through with the rules”

“Are you sure you’re okay? I’m just coming in and all you have to say are rules. You can’t even ask me to sit”

“I dont understand, I’m not your slave. It was you who did nonsense that’s why you’re here”

“Oh my God, Johnbull, I thought you had manners, I thought you were only stubborn because of people bullying you. I can’t just believe this is how you behave. You’ve disappointed me Johnbull”
