”Hi! am Jessica”, Jessica said stretching her hand for a handshake but got disappointed when Emma looked at her from head to toe, shakes his head and walked straight to his room. ”Wat was that for? is that how ur younger brother behaves? wat an embarrassment”, Jessica said and angrily sat down

”no no no! don’t get angry over that, maybe someone annoyed him on his way! don’t worry let me go talk to him I will be right back”, Fred said,stood up and went to Emma’s room and met him reading his bible ”emma wat was the meaning of that attitude u displayed? Fred asked in an angry tone but got no response ”am talking to u Emma”, Fred shouted and this made Emma to speak up

”bro! like seriously I don’t know that lady before but something tells me there is something strange about that lady”, Emma said ”and wat makes u think so? Fred fired back ”the moment I sighted her,the memory of the strange feelings I told u yesterday started flashing on my head! bro! if u know wat is good for u, u better send her back to where she came from! there is something strange about that lady”, Emma said looking at his bible

”my friend will u shut up ur mouth there! must every lady be strange to u? well as a matter of fact, that lady u saw there will soon be ur sister in-law to be, so the earlier u accept it the better for u”, Fred said and made to turn but Emma stopped him ”bro Fred! sister in-law to be? are u serious? why do u always take all my words for granted? hmmmm!! bro Fred! the moment u made her ur wife, I promise am going to leave this house! if u choose to die, u die alone”, Emma said and focus on his bible ”suit urself”, Fred said and walked out of Emma’s room

”wat did ur brother said? Jessica asked ”nothing much! he said someone provokes him on his way home! anyway just forget about my brother for now, errrm Jessy darling I have been wanting to ask u this question? Fred said ”ok go on”, Jessica response ”those two heavy bags u came along with, wat are they for? Fred asked ”offcourse that are my bags of clothes, I came to stay long with u, or do u have a problem with that? Jessica asked ”no not really, I was just asking”, Fred said.

Later that same day night, as Fred and Jessica were sleeping on the bed, Fred opened his eyes speedily due to the running shower he was hearing, he stood up from the bed take a look at Jessica who was fast asleep before walking to the bathroom,to his surprise the shower was on and even the pump was on, so he went to switched them off

”i was the last person that took my bath and am very sure I switched them off before going to bed! am confused here! or did I forget to switch them off? maybe I forgot”, Fred said before going back to bed, after about some minutes,his laptop started displaying by itself, this got Fred frightened as he jumped up from the bed and woke Jessica up ”jessy darling sorry for waking u up, pls are u the one that switch this laptop on? because am very sure I switched it off before lying down”, Fred asked in a shaky voice

”me? no oo! I was sleeping since na! maybe the laptop has started developing fault! pls dear don’t let that one to bother u! come on let’s go to bed”, Jessica said and lie down while Fred switched the laptop off before lying down ”but all this things that happened this night is strange! am very sure I switched off the laptop and the shower before lying down! hmmm!! I hope is not wat am thinking? I just hope am safe with this Jessica of a girl? Fred thought to himself and take one more look at Jessica who was sounds asleep

”but to me this girl looks too innocent! no am not sure she is that evil as am thinking”, Fred said in a low tone, as he wrapped himself around Jessica’s body and covered the duvet.
