I ran happily into the room and I found her on the bed waiting patiently for me.

“Hope he accepted ” He said with her eyes almost bulging out of their socket.

“Yep” I giggle.

Soon we are on our way to the supermarket, wow!!!!!, it’s been long I have been here, I left here fifteen years ago after Damon’s parents death.

I was awestruck at the beauty of the city, it was beautiful and very busy.

Soon the driver parked which interrupt my beautiful thoughts.

“Let’s go ma’am ” she said elatedly and I giggle and stepped out of the car.

I mean why won’t I be happy, having the opportunity to step out of that bored house after a month and some days. ????

We walked into the expensive looking mart although Marlene lead the way.

Soon, we start shopping and I bought a lot of things along.

“ma’am I need to pee, I will be back soon”

“okay ”

He said and walk away immediately, such a nice girl.

I shrugged and continue my beautiful shopping.

?Marlene pov ?

I stepped in to the restroom quickly and call him, why are they delaying this thing,they ought to have arrived by now.

I groaned fraustratingly as he delayed in picking the call, if it’s not the nice cash involved in it, I would have opt out long ago.

Soon enough, he picked the call and I took a deep breath.

“where have you guys been? ” I snapped.

“Hey chillax just continue your shopping I will join you soon ”

“ok” I said perfunctorily and hang up.

I walked out of the room and met her still shopping I smiled mischievously and walk to her side.

“well done ma” I greeted.

“what took you so long ” she asked and I gulped.

“I think I am purging ” I lied.

“sorry dear” she said sympathetically and I smiled, a fake smile though.

Soon, he walked in, his eyes roamed around probably searching for us and soon enough his eyes land on us and he walk up to us briskly.

“Hi” she greeted us and we responded casually.

“My boss asked me to give you this” He said and handed a letter to her and she collected it reluctantly.

“what is inside it if I may ask? ” she asked innocently.

“check it yourself ” .

I think the reason she did not recognize him was because the mask he is putting on.

After responding her, he walked out immediately.

She quickly tore it and I acted as if I am not concerned.

“oh my God ” she exclaimed and I turned to look at her.

“what is it ma’am? ” i asked caringly.

“Don’t worry ” she said briskly.

? Roxanne pov?

“Hi Roxanne, I knew how Damon has been treating you badly and I would have love to vindicate you from this matter, come outside now and let’s talk at the Blue car at the left hand side ”

He wrote and I gasped in shock, Marlene asked what happened but I quickly told her everything is fine.

How did he know Damon is abusing me, I mean nobody knew about it except Nanny, could she have told them.

No that’s not possible.

I thought about it for a while, come to think of it, this might be my last chance of getting rid of Damon.

After dalling for a while I decided to go to him.

I walked out of the mart and I found the blue car as described in the letter, I quickly walk to the place and knock the door, the door opened and I stepped in immediately.

“Hi” I said to him although I have never seen him before.

“Hello beautiful, without wasting your time, I have seen how Damon forces himself on you every night ”

He said and I gasped, what!!!!, how did he know.

“Don’t be surprised, Damon is a person I hate so much with passion, and I think working with you to get rid of him won’t be bad” He said and paused .

“okay how am I going to help” I asked not understanding the whole thing.

“Okay for the sake of your baby ” He said and looked at my Tommy.

“How did you know ” I asked shocked to the bones,he even knows I am pregnant.

“I have my ways dear”

“The thing is that I will give you a substance to add to his drink and within five minutes, he will die”
