I was shocked when Riley said that. Just how did he know I was a witch? Something doesn’t smell right about this… Besides all I have to do is deny, deny, deny.

Christen ➡ (laughs) Me.. A witch? Is that a way of saying I’m beautiful?

Riley ➡ Christen…. You know what I’m talking about!

Christen ➡ No I don’t.. Besides what gave you that idea? I’m not a witch.. I’m a human..

Riley kept quiet for a while and then he started laughing to himself… I was surprised and scared by this.. Why was Riley acting this way all of a sudden? Because I could notice what was going on.. Riley rushed over to my table and grabbed my mothers necklace trying to put it on his neck..

Christen ➡ NO! STOP! DON’T!!

Riley ➡ Why? Is it cursed?

Christen ➡ No.. I can’t allow you to put that on your neck.. Please.. You don’t understand..

Riley ➡ Oh, I understand… and I know everything.. This necklace belongs to your mother.. There’s a demon trapped in this necklace, if I’m right his name is Solomon… And only witches can wear this necklace cause if humans do, they die… And also, You’re 200 years old.. You have a sister named Rose.. A dark witch and a brother named Oliver.. You have a friend who is a mermaid, her name is Esther.. And your cousin is Judith a time witch , I know your attitudes, your likes and don’t likes, You don’t like crowds, you like to be alone, and you love wearing black… You love listening to old music and you hate social media.

You have a demon servant, I don’t know his name because you said humans can’t pronounce demonic names only witches. You have power over nature and you can control it at will. You also have the ability to teleport and read minds, The other witches feed on flesh but you don’t.. You once saved my brothers life when he was a step away from death’s door, and we both fought a rogue wizard named Lucas, your mother’s necklace was the reason behind his demise and I know what happened to us in the end… The council gave me to options, it was either to choose you and forget about my family or it was to choose my family and forget everything about you… And you the option I choose.. I stood speechless and almost in tears as I heard Riley said everything about me. I couldn’t believe it… How did his memories come back? The supreme Witch made sure Riley’s memories was wiped out, everything about me was gone from his head.. But how? Nobody could undo Orisaye’s spell, she’s the only witch alive that can undo her spells.

As I was busy thinking about what just happened, Riley came close to me trying to kiss me.. But I quickly got away from him… I anyone knew Riley’s memories were back.. It’s another trouble all over again.

Riley ➡ Christen… What’s going on? .. It’s me, Riley.

Christen ➡ How did you…. ? How did your memories…

Riley ➡ I started dreams about this a couple of years ago. I thought it was just a mere wild dream but I kept dreaming about them on and on that it was driving me crazy… I thought I was going mad until I saw you..

Christen ➡ I’m sorry you had a rough time but we can’t be together… What’s done is done.. We should just move on with…

Before I could finish, Riley rushed at me grabbing hold of me and pinning me on the wall… I looked into his eyes and saw anger.

Riley ➡ FOR YEARS!! I’VE BEEN DREAMING ABOUT YOU! FOR YEARS I’VE BEEN HAVING SLEEPLESS NIGHTS, THAT IT WAS DRIVING ME NUTS… I THOUGHT I WAS CRAZY, PEOPLE THOUGHT I WAS CRAZY.. until I saw you… I don’t know how my memories came back, but I’M NOT LOSING YOU AGAIN EVER!!! I’M NOT.. SEEING YOU HAS BROUGHT BACK A SPARK THAT HAS BEEN MISSING IN MY LIFE… I DON’T CARE WHAT THE COUNCIL SAYS.. I’M STAYING WITH YOU, NO MATTER WHAT… I’LL FOLLOW YOU WHEREVER YOU GO.. EVEN IF IT’S THE DEPTH OF HELL.

Christen, I love you, The last time I chose my family over you, without realizing the great cost that comes with it… This time I choose you.. I want to be with you. No matter what it takes.. I’m not leaving you again and I’m not going to lose you again… Remember years ago if you asked if I would run away with you, so we could spend the rest of our lives together, well, this time I’m willing to go anywhere with you.. I mean every word I say.. Nothing will make me leave your side,.. What I want to know is what do you think about all this? Denying me won’t change a thing.. I felt touched by Riley’s word, and I knew he meant every word judging by the serious look on his face, I knew this would mean trouble but I don’t care.. If he could still be feeling the same love for me, I don’t care what happens.. The COUNCIL can go eat shit for all I care.. because I’m not losing my human lover this time again.

After a brief moment of silence, I gave Riley my answer by kissing him, Riley took me in his arms and laid me down on the couch were we kept kissing and kissing..

Christen ➡ Hmmmmm! Ohh Riley.. Yiu have no idea how long I’ve missed you.. Promise you’d stay by my side.

Riley ➡ I promise you Christen.. I’m not going to lose you again, ever..
