Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 25

Start from the beginning  I stared at him, stunned. No guy has ever told me something so sweet! Well, no guy has ever told me anything. Yeah, that’s right, I haven’t had my first kiss or been on a single date. My life is pretty sad. “I–I don’t know what to say.”, I said honestly. Elliot smiled, “Nice to know I made you speechless. It gives me a sense of accomplishment.” I smiled awkwardly. What do I say now? I have to reject the poor guy. “Listen Elliot, you are a really sweet guy, I can already tell you that from spending 5 minutes with you. But, I’m married and..”, I trailed off. “I know.”, he said softly, “you don’t need to explain. Thanks for trying though.” I nodded. I felt really guilty, even though I probably shouldn’t be. “You look so guilty. Don’t be Heather, it’s not your fault you can attract males a mile away.”, he chuckled. “What? No, I don’t.” “Ha! When you were walking by with the nurse, you didn’t notice every young guy stop to stare at you, including me.” “Oh, um.”, I replied, not really knowing what to say once again. I ran my hand through my hair. Elliot chuckled, shaking his head, “Sorry, I’m making you uncomfortable. But back to the appointment, you don’t need the other week of bedrest. The stitches will be taken off a week from today. However, don’t strain yourself. I can still add on weeks of bedrest, and we know you don’t want that.” “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”, I exclaimed, hugging him. “No problem, Heather.”, he hugged me back gently. “So is that all?”, I asked. “Yes, that’s all. You can leave once you change back into your clothes. Unless you need help with that?”, he grinned, winking at me. I rolled my eyes, “Nice try, buddy. But it ain’t happening. Oh, by the way, you wouldn’t happen to be related to Nathan and Jackson Presley, would you?” “Yep, they’re my cousins.” I smiled and nodded, “I’ve gotta go now. It was nice talking to you Elliot. I really am sorry, and I hope we can be friends in the future.” “Of course. I’ll be seeing you for Jackson’s 27th birthday celebration right?” “Uh, right.”, I said, even though I didn’t know if I was going. “Well, I’ll see you then Heather. Bye!”, he smiled. “Bye Elliot!”, I smiled back.

Once the door closed, I change quickly and raced out to the lobby. Andrew was pacing back and forth anxiously. “Well?”, he asked, when he saw me. “I’m free from bedrest!”, I squealed and starting jumping. He snorted, “People might think you’re pregnant, not free from bedrest with the way you’re all excited and jumping.” I stopped immediately and frowned, “Hmph, people just can’t express their happiness nowadays.” He laughed at that and we walked back to the car. Once we got home, I decided I wanted to go for a run, and eat breakfast afterwards. I changed into a pair of black Nike shorts, a white, athletic tank top, and my black and red Nike shoes. “Andrew! I’m going for a jog!”, I called. Andrew was the only one in the house right now, since Alex and Stephanie were at work, Landon was in preschool, and my parents went to a friend’s house for a visit. “Okay! Don’t overdo it though!”, he called back. “Alright!” I grabbed my iPod and earphones from the living room and walked over to the front door. I opened it, my eyes widened, and I gulped nervously. William was standing at the door, with his hand raised to the doorbell. He saw the look on my face and smirked evilly. “Oh God, please help me!”, I thought.
