I think Jason noticed that too because he started to laugh loudly, till tears were forming in his eyes. “Oh my gosh, Heather is practically my little sister, dude! I don’t like her like that.”, he gasped out through laughs. I pursed my lips to keep from laughing. Though it was hard, when Jason was pretty much rolling on the ground. “YO!”, I yelled at Jason amusedly, “As much as it is funny to watch you roll around like a constipated pig, your hyena cries are hurting my ears.” “Who are you calling a pig?”, he asked, calming down. I rolled my eyes.

Everyone chuckled. Jason straightened and walked over to William and I. “Now, I have to go do some work, but I’ll be back at noon to go to the shelter with you.”, Jason said. I nodded. Jason kissed my forehead and turned to give the guys those man handshakes. He nodded at Cassy and stared at Jessica again. He took her hand and kissed it. “I’ll see you soon, my angel.”, he winked. Jessica blushed and Freddy punched his arm amused, “Back off my little sister man!” Jason just grinned, “I can’t promise that bro.” He turned, smirked at William, and left. I turned to Jessica and beamed. “Finally, I was starting to wonder if I had to force him to go on blind dates.” “Wait, what?, Jessica asked confused. “Jason has never really shown interest for any girl. He always dedicated his life to his career and family. If you won his interest, that definitely means something.”, I said with a smile. She blushed a deeper red, “He’s probably not gonna want to go on a date then.” I smirked, “We’ll see.”, and went to the kitchen to grab something for us to eat. I decided to make pancakes, so I took the box with the pancake mixture from one of the cabinets. As I took out the maple syrup from the fridge, I felt a pair of arms go around my waist. I knew it was William because my skin was on fire, like it always is when he touches me. I put the syrup on the counter next to the fridge and turned around in his arms. I was surprised at the very short distance between us. I gulped. I could see every speck of his dark green eyes, which were sparkling with anger. “Is something wrong?”, I asked nervously. “You’re mine. Do you understand that? You don’t belong to anyone else, only me”, he growled at me, bringing me closer to him if that was even possible. My eyes widened. My stomach flipped with excitement at his possessiveness. What has gotten into William today? “I never said anything about belonging to anyone else.”, I said confused. He tugged a loose strand of hair behind my ear. “I don’t want you to hang out with other guys.”, he said softly, but angrily. He was rubbing my cheek with his warm hand, and I leaned into it. I frowned. “Uh, what guys?” He glared at me, “Jason isn’t a guy?” I was so confused. “William, why are you making this sound like we’re in a relationship? As far as I remember, you still hate me.” He didn’t say anything and just removed his arms. I turned back around to grab the syrup, slightly hurt by his silence. Suddenly, I felt him press his lips to my cheek quickly and I spun around . He smirked at me and started to leave the kitchen, but not before winking. “Why is my life so full of confusion? “, I thought with frustration. I shook my head and began to make the pancake mixture.

William’s POV

I couldn’t help but grin, as I thought about her face when I left the kitchen.

I was a bit shocked myself that I told her she was mine, but I was a tiny bit jealous of Jason, so I was acting on the little bit of jealously. “You mean a lot of jealousy.”, my mind said. I shook my head and walked back to the living room, where all my friends were grinning at me mischievously. “I like her.”, Cassy said smiling. “We all do”, Jackson said, “she’s really sweet.” “I can’t believe she hates her so much.”, Nathan said. “I don’t get why either. She doesn’t sound anything like what she said.”, Freddy said irritated. “Are you gonna continue with your revenge plan?”, Jessica asked. “I honestly don’t know.”, I replied, “I’m starting to like her a lot myself.” “You should talk to her first.”, Jackson said. I sighed. I am starting to have feelings for my insanely stunning wife. At first the revenge was for her and I, but now I don’t think I want revenge. I’m gonna have to talk to her about this. I hope she will agree that we should not continue.
