Rose's POV

“What do you mean?” Ethan collected the IPAD from him and scanned the video again.

“Are you saying you and Brandon are brothers?” Ethan asked Jack.

“I do not know him…I’ll need to speak to my mother first.” Jack said. His voice was now low.

“Let’s do that now, I’d feel bad if it was your mom that I had punished.”

Ethan, Jack and I entered one of Ethan’s car. I drove the car to where Ethan had told some men to hold the woman captive.

We all walked in and we saw the woman sitting with a loosed hair on the chair.

“Jack!” the woman called on seeing Jack and Jack simply stood.

“Mother, why are you here?” Jack asked.

“I was told that Brandon was misbehaving so they had to hold me captive, do you know them? tell them to release me.” The woman said to Jack.

“Who is Brandon?” Jack asked.

“Your immediate junior brother, you were brothers and loved yourself when you were younger but…” The woman cried. “It was your father that gave you to his barren brother , your father had said; after all, you did not resemble him, so you can act as son for his barren brother but my mind can’t cope and that was why I always come to visit you in his broher’s where you lived It’s the reason you know I’m your mom. Brandon lived with me for many years before he became independent. ” My mother said.

“Why didn’t you tell me I have a brother?” Jack asked.

“Your father told me not to, please forgive me. I always think you probably still remember how both of you use to be brothers.” The woman said and cried.

Jack looked away and clean the little tears formed in the corner of his eyes.

He walked outside the building while Ethan and I followed.

“I’m really sorry you met your mom that way.” Ethan said.

“I already made my brother useless by paralysing his manhood, I regret it.” Jack said while Ethan and I kept mute.

“Release my mom and my brother.” Jack said , looking squarely at Ethan.

I also looked at Ethan wondering what he would do or say.

“Brandon is after my wife, I’m sorry…I can’t release him. And for your mom, if I release her, I need to be sure Brandon would not know.”Ethan said.

” You have to release both of them, I want to have a reunion with my family.” Jack said.

“Jack! I’m sorry but I can’t release anyone now.” Ethan said and walked to the car while I followed.
