Xander’s POV

A smirk escaped my lips as I drove into my mansion,

I got out of the car before uncovering my face which I had masked all through, I couldn’t help smiling to myself after every successful mission, I had never failed for once because I’m very good at this…

I love killing so much that I does it for fun, that scene were you plead for your life makes my day..

I walked forward to the porch and two of my best trained men in black bowed as they stood side by side at the front door..

I kept a straight gaze as I head in, I got to the sitting room and my maid halt her work and bowed to me..

Well…these are the only people I have in here, just three of them…

My life is deadly so I can’t live with people, theses three people are the only ones remaining alive, they were once twenty but I had wasted 17 of them out of anger…

Just a little mistake cost their life, I don’t joke and can never smile to anyone, I’m feared because I have no sympathy…

My heart is dark and all it wants is terror, it wants you to cry as you die, it wants your blood spilling all over the floor…

I climbed up the stair heading to my inner room, a place were I spends most of my day, it is a dark room and no one had ever entered there and came out alive, you dare not step your feet in there or it’d cost your life…

I hate staying with much people, all I wants is to kill and waste life nothing else!!

My alarm woke me up from my sleep followed by the sound of beep from my phone and the news going on in the television hung on the wall..

I scrubbed my eyes and yawned widely before sitting up..

I looked up to the television and what was going on left a smirk on my face..

?..THE MINISTER OF HEALTH WAS KILLED BY AN UNKNOWN GUNMEN LAST NIGHT

?..it isn’t something new to us how people had been killed by this anonymous killer whose identity seemed like a mystery..the detectives and special agents had tried finding who he is but they had always been left clueless because the mission was always carried out without trace…….

I picked the remote control and switched off the television..

I’m tired of these news because it won’t stop coming as I wasn’t ready to stop killing more people..

I checked my phone for the notification earlier and saw it was a compliment message from the man who paid for the mission I executed..

I deleted the message before heading out of bed, I found my way out and got into the bathroom to clean up..

Just as I stepped out of the bathroom after bathing, my phone rang, I picked it up and saw it was Chan my fellow assassin, he just arrived to the state to carry out a different mission..

We were both trained by the same master but I topped him in rank, he is just like my student and seeks my help when things goes wrong..

I just loves him because he had also shown to be heartless like me, I love men like that…

“Hello dude” I said as I clicked on the green button.

“Just arriving…mission begins tomorrow, just wanna inform my buddy!” He said with those stern baritone voice that I love..

“Yeah, trust ya..kill without mercy!!” I said with a short laughter

“That’s what we are created for!” He growled

“Good luck dude!” I said before the call hung…

I guess this country would have to see more terror, two assassin sent here at once…

POLICE INVESTIGATION CENTRE

Jaden’s POV

My eyes were bloodshot and I can’t think well right now, I feels like killing myself, I’m just better dead than alive,

It pains so badly that I couldn’t do my job after all these years of training, I had been trained as a special detective and had been known as the best not until this strange man emerged from nowhere, he had killed up to 50 well known rich and influential men in the country and nothing reasonable had been done to get him..

many tactics had been put in but it all proved stupid because he couldn’t be caught, the only success we had made so far was just to discover that he is a man which was totally useless..

I am really troubled all day and night, in the list of best detectives and agent, I rank first, I was trained outside the state intensively and that had made me the best so far…many countries had been saved by me, I had nabbed many terrorist,

The very fact that this very man couldn’t be caught by me and my team is really eating me deep…

I looked up to the television and the news I saw left my heart piercing more deep in pain, there was the minister of health and his family being killed in a cold blooded way…

I shut my eyes and took a deep breath, this is really getting me drained, how can I get this man??

The Governor would surely call me again, I hadn’t made any progress since I was given this case to get the assassin, I can’t stop being tortured by this fact of incompetence…

Just then, a call came in…

It was the governor…

Oh shit!!

I really felt like snubbing the call but I dare not..

“Hello sir..” I breathed

“What the heck I’m I seeing right now!!!” He barked

“We are working on it sir..” I sighed

“Work on your empty head you a**s hole!!…do you know how dear he is to me??..you allowed that killer to get him..are you this dumb you fool!!!!” He yelled leaving me drained..

“We aren’t aware of the attack, there are many security guard in his house, I wonder how he went in and…his gate had a huge padlock..I…”

“Shut up those disgusting mouth!!!!..would you stand up there and get that man!!!.show off your face, call him for a fight and nab him!!!..are you sure you aren’t afraid???..what kind of best agent are you??” He scowled

“I’m sorry…”

“Sorry for you and your useless team, I regret calling you for this, you have just prove to be nothing!!!” He grumbled

“We would get him sir..trust me, just give us your time and patience please” I sighed

“Patience??..till he kills all my officials??” He growled

“Just give me some time sir..I’m sorry for all inconvenience” I breathed..

“Let me believe you this last time..” He stated and hung the call..

I took a deep breath before standing up..

Its time to face this man openly, I kills him or he kills me..

I got out of my office and met my team of four men and a lady all working with their system maybe trying to find a way of getting this invisible man..

“Hey Jake!” I called one of them

“Sir!”

“Make my picture open, dare the assassin to a fight…” I said and I could see them gasp in shock..

“Sir but you know he is…”

“I don’t want to hear anything, I am attacking him..are you guys with me??” I asked and they all took a deep breath before nodding.

Okay then…make the preparation.

Xander’s POV

A wide smile escaped my lips as I saw the news that just popped up…

My main target who I had been searching for had shown himself..

This detective that was on my case, I had always long to see him, longed to attack him and kill him, he had been hiding for so long but just this moment, he had finally shown his face..

The best part was that he dared me for a fight…

I can’t stop being so glad for this, time to waste this soul and spill his blood all over the floor..

I can’t wait to meet him, let’s see what he got..
