The Chosen One - S03 E01

Read Story: SEASON 3 EPISODE 1

I woke up and stood up from bed smiling heartily.

I hit the alarm clock beside my bed and it stopped ringing.

I stretched my hand as I head into the bathroom.

After almost three months, I was finally back home and it really felt great. My little vacation was adventurous, apart from losing my strength , I would really love to have such experience again but it was really good to be back home.

I missed the air around here, the tranquil mood and the safety I always feel whenever I’m home but now I’m back to feeling it.

I stood in front of my mirror naked to check myself out, my d**k was now more bigger, my face looked more mature than it was three months ago, already got beards, my chest was more broader than it used to be.

I remembered that Victor would be around anytime soon as he claimed he will make sure that we get to school together since it was my first time returning to school since the whole Jovacik and Patrick scenario.

I smiled as I head into the bathroom to take a quick shower.

I was already enjoying the touch of the water on my skin with my eye shut when I suddenly felt something sticky dropping on my body, I opened my eye and saw that all my body had been smeared with blood.

I swiftly pressed its switch to stop it from running but the blood started gushing out instead of stopping, I felt like I was drowning inside the blood as I found it hard to breath.

I started gasping for breath as I tried to escape from the bathroom but couldn’t.

” what’s wrong with you ” I heard a familiar voice asked me and everywhere became calmed.

I opened my eye and saw Victor standing in front of me.

I checked my body and all I could see on it was water.

I checked the shower and only water was emitting from it.

” nothing ” I stuttered as I switch the shower off and took my towel off the hanger.

” been here for some minutes watching you acting weird in there ” Victor said as I exited the bathroom and he followed me.

” I was lost in my thought ” I said smiling not wanting to cause any alarm since it looked like I was only hallucinating.

” seem you travel into the beast world “he said smiling but I didn’t respond as I dressed up.

Tho it wasn’t real but I felt something was wrong. I felt it was a sign for something big that was going to happen but I didn’t want to stress myself on something that could be a false alarm.

” did you check today’s schedule ” he asked me as I was wearing a grey polo.

” don’t you think we’re more mature now to allow our lives to be dictated by a schedule ” I asked him smiling.

” you can say that in a more nicer tone ” he growled in a funny manner.

” let’s go ” I said as I took my bag and phone.

” what’s that for ” Victor asked me as I took the flower I placed on the table inside the sitting room.

” I’ll be making a swift stop at the cemetery ” I replied him as I head to the garage to get my bike while he head outside because his was parked outside.

The cemetery’s location shared the same route with Marseille Memorial, so making a swift stop there came with no sacrifice.

” should I follow you ” Victor asked I got down from my bike right in front of the entrance of the cemetery.

” nah, I want to meet her alone ” I retorted as I head into the cemetery.

I head to her tombstone which had the inscription ” Marseillas Jeane 1975 – 2018 ” , and her picture on it.

I was emotional as all the good memories we shared flooded my brain. She was a good mom and I would have been dead if not for her.

She might have betrayed me but she loved me to the end and that was enough for me.

I used my palm to wipe off the tears on my face as I dropped the flower on her grave.

” I missed you mom.” I said as I felt another tears escaped from my eye.

” what’s that “I asked as I swiftly turned. I felt something moved behind me in the speed of light.

” hello son ” I heard a voice said to me but no one was in view.

” who are you ” I barked as I brought out my claws.

” the person that can make you tremble in fear ” the voice replied and the weather suddenly change as thunder and lightening started gracing the sky.

” show yourself if you’re not afraid of me ” I screamed as I fought the urge not to transform into a beast.

The cemetery suddenly shook as if an earthquake was about to occur, all the tombstone suddenly sunk into the earth and I saw all the dead bodies crawling out of their grave.
