they sat down on the couch silently with the

guns on the table leaving the others who

did not go out with them to wonder what

might have happened out there. pelumi face

procure anger and rage

Pelumi:boss why did you free them when

we have them on a close view**he fired in a

thundered voice.

Sky:i have my reasons**he bluntly said.

Pelumi:and what kind of a reason is

that?,you are putting us in a serious risk

what if diamond come back here with the

police?,did you think about that before you

free them?**he fired again while the others

were trying to calm his anger down. sky

furiously stood up and pin pelumi neck to

the wall leaving him to struggle with his

breath as is eyes were popping out from the

socket.

Sky:you have no right to talk to me

anyhow,this is not just your mission so you

will do what i said you should do.**he said

and freed his hold from his neck and he

staggered and fell on the couch.”i am

sorry”sky bluntly voiced out**and he

returned back to his chair.

Pelumi:am sorry too boss,i allowed my anger

to take the bitter part of me**he said in a

cool voice while the others just watch kingly

with their eyes wide open.

Sky:i freed diamond coz someone like her is

not suppose to be killed just like that.oh

yeah we finish them here and then we

forget about the name diamond does that

make any sense?.do you think killing her

justify all the evil things she has

done?,moreover i told you guys that

diamond will not die in front of my

house. people like diamond are suppose to

be frustrated before they will be killed.

Ezra:what if she stormed this place with

police**he said for the first time.

Sky:diamond know better than storming the

dragon den with policemen.

Pelumi:hmm,i just pray we wont regret this

someday**he said and rested his back on

the chair leaving sky to ponder on his word

while Brenda and Ezra stood up to pack all

the weapons to the armor room.

AT THE WHITE TIGRESS RESIDENT

They sat in there sitting room in a sorrowful

mood with the four bodies of their girls

covered with white cloths on the floor.

Anny: inasmuch as i hate to say this i think

we have finally jam what is more than

us**she said in a cool voice.

Mary:i agree with you on this the score was

just 3:0 then before we went there now it is

7:0 the most painful part is that we were

not able to scratch their skin with a bullet.

Ella:see,i have already lost hope in us ever

winning this war,we are all going to die like

our sisters here**she said stretching her

hands at the corpse on the floor.

Diamond:can you girls just shut up,we are at

war and in war casualties are always lost.

Jenny:not when the casualties are been lost

from one side,this is no longer war this is

what i can best describe as killing i knew

that i will die one day but i never expected it

to be done without a fight,without taking

lives before i give up the ghost**she said in

a cracked voice while some were already

wiping tears from their eyes.

Anny:we were suppose to kill that girl,we

would have had our hope high that one of

them is dead now**she said and the others

agreed.

Diamond:we would have all been dead by

now if we had killed her,i noticed that sky

has feelings for that girl on our little chit

chat killing her will release the beast in

him.look lets just buried our sisters first

then i will tell you guys what is on my mind i

believe the only way to kill sky and stop the

existence of the DS is to trap them down

and finish them off**she said staring at

them kingly with fixed gaze.

AT THE DRAGON DEN

Ezra was arranging his bed placing the

pillow at the right spot when pelumi walked

into the room.

Pelumi: are you expecting cat fish this hot

afternoon?**he asked smiling.

Ezra:no be only cat fish na tilipia fish,try am

carry baby come show this place if sky no

go kill you.

Pelumi:talking of sky Ezra do you notice

what happen today?.

Ezra:and what could that be**he said

arranging the bed sheet.

Pelumi:sky behaved so wierd today that was

on like him,i think he loves Brenda.

Ezra:lolz,no be only love na wedding ring

abeg carry all this your crazy exaggeration

commot here joor**he said and started

laughing.

Just then Brenda walked into the room.

Brenda:why are you guys laughing that

loud?.**she said approaching the bed.

Ezra:na crime to laugh again?.

Brenda: no o,but when you laugh for

nothing it means madness is knocking on

your door.i was just going to my room

when i heard a loud laugh so i said i should

pass by let me be going now.

Pelumi:abeg dey go before your boyfriend

will come and kill me o.

Brenda:which boyfriend you give me

hold?,mteew stupid guy let me go joor**she

said and held to the door..

Pelumi:wait,brenda are you sure you have

not done anything to sky?.he said and

Brenda brought out a knive while he ran to

Ezra back”like boyfriend like girlfriend”*he

said and they all laughed.
