I got to my class,i met karim waiting for me,we greeted each other

Karim:i wonder why the head coach did not choose you

Me:he hates me

Karim:why

Me:i destroyed his team,i prevented his team (germanium fc) from winning the league when we beat them 3-2….i scored two and set up the third goal for you..

Karim:winning without you will be hard,i mean those two wingers(mason and abraham) style of play dont fit mine

Me:u will have to play wide,try and create a bond with justin so he can feed you from the midfield and be prepared for eze’s crosses…..

Karim:thank bro,i gotta go,will you watch the game

Me:sure

By 3pm,the school field was filled up,we are up against starlite college(SCI),they came with 9 big school bus that they use to convey their students to our school…..

I sat on the chair near the sideline with mariam and the twins sat beside mariam so as to mock me……

I saw a guy on the pitch,he is a player of SCI,he look familiar to me,i stood up and went to meet him only to discover that it was MALEEK..

Maleek was my friend or should i say mentor,he taught me how to play and improve my style of playing football,we hugged each other and exchanged numbers……

I smiled as i was going back to my sit,i knew my school can never win the game with maleek on the opponents team…..let me confess,maleek is actually a better team player unlike me,he play a free role on the pitch..

The game started,true to my words,Maleek scored in the 7th minute,the whole SCI student shouted and jubilated,i even jubilated with them,mariam and the twins were just looking at me….before half-time,maleek douboed their lead

through a free-kick……..

The game ended 6-1,one of SCI’s defender scored an own goal….I was happy at the turnout of things,the twis could not talk……

My school sit at the bottom of the table of GROUP C consisting four schools namely:

SCI,SOL,VCI and AHC(my school)

I got home that day,i felt happy,i met the twins in the sitting room,i sat opposite them and i called Maleek as we laughed over the match…

The twins were furious,i stood up and said to them “who is the loser now,is ir me or your boyfriends”

They did not reply,i smiled and went to my room
