===Pebbles’ confession===

“Biggie deserved whatever I did to him.

He never knew why I left and duped him.He broke my heart first and I was looking for the right time to return the favour.
“I was in the shower room when my cell phone begun to ring.
I knew it was Biggie because he had promised to send me to a shopping mall.

I stopped bathing because I didn’t want to miss such a call.
I picked up the phone only to see my uncle Ato calling….
Little did I know that he would call.He never did except for emmergency cases.
My heart skipped because I knew something bad had happened.

The last time he called,it was my father’s death he spoke about.That was barely three years ago.
He is a bussy man,afterall so I know I wouldn’t hear from him much but for his money,he did not let that one excape me.
“Hi Pebbles,I’ve heard you have a new boyfriend.Why don’t you bring him over to my place.You know,since your father passed on,you’ve not brought home any boy lover,so please don’t let us loose this one.

I know I haven’t been a good nurturing father to you,but you can’t punish me because of that by hidding your new guy from me…So tell me,when should I expect both of you,uncle finally asked.

“Hmmmm,tommorrow because I have a date with him tonight,so we can’t make it….
I will bring him tommorrow for you guys to see him,Pebbles replied.

“Alright dear,tommorrow will do.I will cancell all my appointments,just to meet you.
“Alright daddy,thanks for doing that for me.Least you forget,tommorrow is my birthday.

“How could I forget,remember I send you birthday gifts even from your infancy.
“Yeah you used to,but you didn’t last year,so am just bringing you up to speed.
“Alright dear,but I have a problem I would like to share with you.A guy duped me of 5000Gh last two weeks,he is one fat guy who I heard lives in your vicinity.His name,i’ve forgotten.

I would like you to help me verify a picture I have with me here,so when you come do remind me to show you the picture just for you to recollect if you’ve seen him around.
“Alright uncle,will do just that.Please my guy is calling,can I pick the call.

“No problem dear,you guys have fun,bye…uncle hunged up.
I picked the call and explained to Biggie that I was on the phone with my uncle who wanted to meet him tommorrow which he agreed.
I never mentioned anything of my uncle’s bad news because I knew what he was in to but I knew he had changed.

I trusted that my guess would not be him because he was reformed….
