Jasper: well i learnt his phone has been off for days now….

Lawyer: chai…..his number not truely going through for real ooooo

Lawyer: again, why his junior phone also not going through?

“Me: thank God”

Jasper: I learnt they were both the victim of the accident that day….but the junior made his own life………but it seems his phone is lost.

Lawyer: heyah……I pitied them….. ok… no problem, let me check for madam’s number…….

Before he could get through it….. I have placed a call to amoke and thank God her phone wasn’t on call waiting…..any calls that would be coming in during our conversation will be on queue, while the call will be rejecting……

“I just called amoke, and I told her there is something important I want to discuss with her….but she should hold on for minutes…..because I have an urgent attempt…she obeyed…and I continued listening to the lawyers and jasper’s conversation.

Lawyer: so what can i do for you??????

Jasper: i just need to go through their files, so as to be aware of where to prepare my awareness about the properties……..

I overhead the lawyer putting a call to his secretary to come with all Chief Lawrence’ files……………and within 5minutes…there was an opened door…

Jasper: oooohhhhhhhh….is this all???????

Lawyer: that’s all but you will need to be hurry about it because I’m already set for house…..

Jasper: hey yah mr. lawyer…you are not going home today and ever

Lawyer: what do you mean……before he could finish his altering………his voice began to shake……… that means he had pointed with a gun
The next thing i heard was a gunshot……………. I felt pity for him but there is nothing i can do……i was at the other side happy that they have gotten the document….that means I’m gonna take it to another counsel to handle…..after some minutes later, jasper called me back

Jasper: hello we are through

Me: good work guys…….how will i get the files????

Jasper: you get that from who sent us?????

Me: who sent you?????am i not the one that sent you????

Jasper: no……our boss sent us………you get it from him

Me: you mean seye????

Jasper: yeap……we are delivering it to him

Me: well no problem……be back earlier on sunday……i will be waiting for you at abuja….i will be in his house……

Jasper: ok bye……he hung up……
……..”why are they delivering it to seye???didn’t he tell them i was the one who sent them??????”
“Is it another thing??”
“No it can’t be”
…..i carried my brief case and headed home…….on getting home i met amoke pounding yam at the backyard of the house

Me: baby why are you pounding yam and sweating like this?????

Amoke: because i want to change the taste today….i don’t want to give you poundo yam to eat today….so that an ordinary cook where you are going won’t snatch you from me…

Me: lol……..(laugh out loud)….ok ooooo but it’s too much of you to be pounding yam like this……….

Amoke: baby i have good news for you!

Me: what’s that?

Amoke: don’t worry i will tell you in the night

Me: ok ooooo

Amoke: quickly go inside to take your shower
I left her and went inside…… On my way inside the bedroom….i was just thinking
“This girl is good to me this days….does she deserve to be died???????”

“What is it she has for me that is good news????”
“Had she won another huge contract has she normally do whenever she travel to our foreign companies????
“Hey God I’m still loving this gurl”
“Can i cope with her absence beside me???????”
“Hummmn i must surely be coped”..

After i freshen up…..i ate the dinner with amoke on the dinning and i didn’t remember to remind her about the good news she mentioned……we were just cracking jokes and playing…..i asked her what she had been doing in the house before my arrival…. she said she went to the hospital and nothing furthermore……… ……i reminded her about my traveling the following day….and she said its fine………….. …..
………Thursday is the next day’s date……..amoke helped me with my luggage inside the car……she took me to the airport. I boarded the plane while she got back home……….

….I left lagos at around 12pm on thursday…..i got to ghana around 10am on friday…………..seye came to picked me up the airport while both of us went to his home in his car……we got to the sitting room while he ordered me to sit…….he call on his wife to come and greet me…..

Seye: baby!!!!!…our visitor is around…..come say hi to him
..in 10minutes time the wife emerged from the kitchen to have atleast an handshake or a hug with me…..on getting close to me…i was like who is this???????????
