I lay asleep on the wet smelly floor with pains all my body, I haven’t recovered from the beating I received yesterday, my face looks swollen with bruises all over…
I couldn’t pee or urinate because of the awful smell that filled the whole cell..

I opened it and saw a plate of egusi soup and nkwobi with a huge size Eba,I quickly washed my hands and started eating like an hungry fowl..

Isabella’s POV (10:30am)

the tone from my phone woke me up,I looked at the caller and it was Maria..

Isabella: hello..

Maria: Bella what’s up?

Isabella: wait aren’t you supposed to be in school?

Maria: yes am in school, we just finished our last exam paper so we are all free to move around now,and
the most interesting of all,our boys football team are having a cup match so some of the students and some teachers went out to watch,we are just few in school right now..

Isabella: that cool,I really missed you guys..

Maria: we missed you too, ehhen before I forget, have you taken your medicine?

Isabella: not yet, I just woke up..

Maria: and you open your dirty mouth to say you just woke up abi?,Is like you want to give birth..

I quickly rushed into the bathroom to brush my teeth,after that I ran downstairs and waited at the dinning for the Nanny to serve me breakfast..

after a delicious meal of moimoi and custard,I rushed upstairs immediately and brought out the container from the drawer..

I poured a little in my mouth, yuck this is bitter (as I spit some out of my mouth)..

I returned it back to the drawer and sat down on my bed to surf through the internet on my phone..

5minutes later I was checking through my Instagram when I suddenly started sweating..

Isabella: but the AC is on nah,why am I sweating like this?(as I stood up and increased the AC)..

immediately I sat back on the bed,I felt a sharp pain in my stomach,I ignored it and continue pressing my phone..
the pain grew worst this time which made me groaned in pain…

Isabella:aish(as I held both side of my stomach and fell on the bed in severe pains)..
a knock came on my door immediately but I couldn’t speak because of the pain,I clutched my stomach tight..
and the Nanny entered…

Nanny: Isabella am about going to the market, pls I want you to remain indoor did you hear?
I was about to reply but the pain worsened…

Isabella: my stomach ooo(I shouted)..

Nanny:are you alright (as she ran to me immediately)..

Isabella: i don’t know oo.

Nanny: pls stand up lemme check you properly..

Isabella: aunty Stella pls help me call my dad or mum..

few minutes later the Nanny bursted inside..

Nanny:your dad is on his way(as she came to pick me up),she stopped in shock pointing at me..

Isabella: blood?, where? (as I looked down my legs and saw my skirt soaked with thick blood),what?,aunty Stella pls help me(I yelled)..

I kept yelling as she helped me up, we we’re on our way down the stairs when I suddenly blacked out,slipped off her hands and rolled down the stairs with my head hitting the concrete..

my dad ran inside immediately and saw me on the floor filled with blood..

Jesus,Isabella (as he ran and picked me immediately), help me(he shouted to the Nanny..
they help in picking me up,my dad threw me on his shoulder immediately and and carried me outside, the Nanny opened the booth immediately..
what your problem?,do you want me to put her in the booth (he shouted at the Nanny), she opened the back door immediately and my dad dropped me and ran to start the car,the security had already opened the gate..

in full speed my dad drove out of the compound almost hitting the security man..

Adams and I we’re in the class chatting because exams are over,

Adams: Chioma have you forgotten what we agreed upon?

I ran out and entered my car immediately..

8mimutes later, I parked my car outside the hospital,passers by looked at me and started murmuring among themselves, I know they are probably calling me a yahoo boy but I don’t give a d--n..

I entered the reception and asked for mj’s room number..
