She woke up feeling exhausted ,she got up from bed and went straight to the kitchen only to see Albert preparing food a meal. She felt relieved as she wasn’t feeling energized enough to cook that morning. Albert asked about her whereabouts yesterday,I didn’t see you yesterday ma’am,had some important things to take care of?” Diane only smirked and said,”yeah something like that,had a few things to attend to”.

She carried her food to the room to eat there as the dining table was very big and empty as she was alone.

As she was about sitting a notification popped in,she took her phone to see what she was notified about it was a message from Michael,” Good morning Beautiful, how was your night rest? Hope it was as cute as you? I was thinking if we could hang out later today but if you’re busy then am okay with that. Have a nice day Diane”.

Diane felt so loved, yeah she was married but those kind of good morning messages was what every lady wanted and she was no different but she still restrained herself as she was married. She had breakfast and took a bath, while laying on the couch she decided to search for jobs online ,she searched for a while until she found one which was suitable enough. It was at a restaurant too but she had to work as a receptionist so she dressed up immediately and left.

When she got there she was marvelled,it was a very big restaurant and was fancy too so she felt nervous at first but summoned courage and entered. She walked in and met a janitor who asked her to go to the waiting room ,she saw some other people who looked and dressed better too so she felt a little bit awkward. The director invited her in after 3 people went in and questioned her,she introduced herself and her previous work and handed over to him some files,she looked okay from what she showed him so he asked her to come back the next day. She thanked him and left.

On her way out she met a lady who looked very elegant and sophisticated,she was Celestina. She told Diane,” so you think you can work in this kind of restaurant looking like a beggar? Oh my God!”. She walked out leaving Diane behind which made her reason that it might have been true. She had no dress/ fashion sense so she phoned Michael asking him to come for lunch at their favorite rendezvous which was the mall.

She had to go home first to drop some files and picked up the credit card,besides it was going to be the last time she’d use it so she left for the mall.

She got there before him but he didn’t take long before coming. He apologized to her for arriving late saying he had something to handle at his work,it was a new restaurant though.

Diane didn’t actually hear that as she was looking around the clothes rack thinking of which to buy. Michael noticed it and asked if she was okay but she liked and said nothing.

After some time she had to finally open up to him and ask for help,he laughed though and agreed so they went up to get her some clothes.
