Must Read: The New Church Convert [completed] Season 1

I was sweating profusely. My hand shivered
and I struggled to hold the mic in place. My
lips stuttered and I could tell how difficult
it was for words to find their way out. But I
had to do this. It was a necessary step to
the new life Mr. Steven the preacher talked
about. He said I needed to confess my
many sins and transgressions before a
congregation just like the one I had before
me. He claimed it would help me stay away
from the contraventions. In other words,
the more it occurred to me that I could be
caught by any of these people anytime I
attempted going back to the sins, the more
I desired to abstain from them. However, I
wasn’t finding it easy at this moment.
“How could I tell them I used to be a s*x
addict?”, I wondered. How would I explain
to them that I loved s*x so much that I
even did both females and males alike? It
was going to be abominable to their ears.
But I needed to please Mr. Steve. He wasn’t
in the congregation but yet, I felt I had an
obligation to fulfil.
“I have been delivered from the spirit of
s*x” I heard my mouth say, “I am now a
new convert”. I felt I needed to stop at that
point but then as I timidly ran a quick
glance across the faces of the hundreds
watching, I saw the plea in their eyes for
me to complete the confession. It wasn’t
ending soon.
“I started having s*x since I was six” there
was a sudden renewed interest in what I
was saying. A lot of mothers were already
waving their heads in bitterness. “I was dis-
virgined by a catholic reverend sister who I
was left under her care by my single
mother”. The sadness was replaced by
utter disbelief!


“My god!!”, came the many cries from
various corners of the church hall
“We had s*x countless times” I continued,
“And she taught me a lot of things. Very
bad things about s*x. From anal s*x to oral
s*x. We even had threesomes with fellow
sisters and on one occasion, she invited
some priests to join us for an orgy.”
At this point I saw one of the church
stewards walking towards me. As he
approached, the guy who has been
moderating the service equally began
walking up the podium. I sensed the mic

whispered the steward into my ears on
getting to me “You cannot say these things
here. We will hand you over to a follow-up

have done”
I quickly accepted. I wasn’t meant to speak
of these things as they were filthy.
Outrageously filthy. But then, as I was
about to give the mic to the steward, a
very thin but pleasant voice cut us up.
“Let him finish”, we all quickly threw our
glances to the corner from where the voice
came from. It was that of a woman. “Allow
him to conclude his testimony. He is
embarrassing lucifer as he speaks about
these things. Many of us will learn from it.”
As she issued out these instructions, the
steward and the moderator began
returning to their former positions. I
quickly deduced from the duo’s reaction
that the lady must be an important person
in the church if not a leader. Given the way
a portion of the congregation agreed with
her, and where she was seated (she sat
with the church dignitaries), it wasn’t
difficult to believe this.


“I was speaking about the things the
reverend sister taught me” I started again.
“She made me love s*x so much that soon I
began asking for s*x several times a day. I
even developed so much stamina for it that
before I turned 21, I had an ability to go as
much as six rounds with a woman. I was
popular with the married women in my
locality. I soon stopped sleeping with the
single girls as they easily got tired, unlike
the married ones.”
Some ladies were sobbing now while others
appeared very interested to hear it all. I
still had some things to say.

never ceased to show as a result of my size.


But I needed to finish up.

Most people stood up and began to clap.
The moderator was back and had collected
the mic but insisted I remained where I was
as they needed to pray for me. I regained
some peace of mind and an unusual
boldness. It hasn’t been a poor outing after
all.
