A white SUV Range Over run through the busy road of Lagos at a high speed, some passersby throw abuses on the driver but unfortunately for them the driver can’t hear them or care more, Nathaniel decrease his speed so he can answer an incoming call, he pick his cell phone from the passenger sit, on the phone screen the name Michael is seen, Michael is his best friend and also his flat mate both study at The University of Lagos( Unilag) Michael is a 300L engineering student while Nathaniel is a 400L Medical student, both met few years ago and have remained friends ever since, Michael wasn’t from a wealthy home but never lack anything because of Nathaniel and Michael will always be grateful for that.

NATHANIEL
What’s up guy

MICHAEL
Where the hell are you off to men, you didn’t even wait for me.

NATHANIEL
Sorry, had a call from my mum, so I had to run, but will be back tomorrow morning.

MICHAEL
No pros, we see tomorrow then

NATHANIEL
Sure

The call ended and Nathaniel focus on his driving, Nathaniel has received a call from his mum Mrs Williams that afternoon, she sounded serious and wanted to see her, luckily for him it just some few hours from his school to his house. He stop the car when he arrive at his house, he horn and the gate was immediately opened for him, he drove in and parked his car among the cars that was already there, he came down from the car, the cold wind of the evening met with his face, he walked to the door and places his right hand on the little screen that is place at the right side of the door and immediately the door opened, he walk in.

NATHANIEL
Mum, mum

He started to ascend the stair, he already knew where his mother will be, since she is not seen at the garden or the sitting room, he immediately knock when he arrived at his parents bedroom,

MRS WILLIAMS
Come in

Just as he has thought, he opened the down and walk in, Mrs Williams was sitting on the bed, a big smile came on Nathaniel face as he approaches his mum.

NATHANIEL
Good evening mum

MRS WILLIAMS
How are you my baby
They engage in a warm embrace.

MRS WILLIAMS
Missed you my baby

They disengage and Nathaniel sit on the bed close to his mother.

NATHANIEL
Mum, we talk almost every seconds, and yet you always miss me.

MRS WILLIAMS
Your presence is different from your voice you know

NATHANIEL
Fine you win, hope all is well because you sounded serious on the phone
A bright smile appears on her face

MRS WILLIAMS
It nothing really just a little present and surprise.

NATHANIEL
Mum you know I hate surprises

MRS WILLIAMS
This you will love, go to your room and see for yourself, your favorite room.

NATHANIEL
Mum.

MRS WILLIAMS
Go on, I will be waiting here.

Nathaniel did as his mother requested, he went to his favorite room which is now occupied by Natasha, he opened the door and went in, every where was the same just for the little bag and some female clothes on the bed, this got his really surprised and angry, who will have the guts to enter his sister room.

Natasha was inside the bathroom, she have had her bath few hours ago, she was in the bathroom to fits some of her things at their right places, she heard the door of her room opened, she thought it was her mum, after about few second without hearing her voice she went out and met someone else there, she immediately knew who he was.

Nathaniel was s--d to see a beautiful girl standing before him but his angry wouldn’t allowed him to notice the resemblance.

NATHANIEL
Who are you, and why are you in my sister’s room.

Nathaniel was waiting impatiently for an answer but received a hug instead, Natasha hugged him so tight that she couldn’t let go, Nathaniel was shocked to the bone, he felt her crying and this weaken him more.

NATASHA
I have missed you so much big brother.
The word big brother came echoing in his head, is he dreaming or what, is she really his sister.

NATHANIEL
What are you trying to do.

Natasha was confused with the question, she released her hold on him.

NATASHA
Don’t get

Nathaniel move away from her, Natasha could see the confusion in his eyes but why was the question that needs answers

NATHANIEL
Mum mum, can you come and tell me what is happening here.

With this he walked out of the room heading to his mother’s room ,he needs explanation and he is getting one, Natasha wanted to say something but just didn’t know what to say, she was confused about the reaction of his brother, what is going on and why is he behaving this way.

Mrs Williams was still in her room, as soon as Nathaniel left her few minutes ago she has been a little restless, she has been tossing round her room trying to make up an understanding excuse to Nathaniel and Natasha, mostly Nathaniel who went through a lot when he heard the news, she prayed in her heart for her husband Mr Williams to come home early just as he have promise when she called him earlier.
