I told Kara about my aunt’s arrival and she was excited and happy about it while i was sad,confused nd worried becos i didnt want her to see or talk to Merida since she was a temperamental person whom takes no nonsense n seein Merida’ll lead to question upon questions which i wasnt ready to answer becos i dont know what to say when the time comes…….I was so happy to the extent that i told my friends whom were pretendin to be happy becos they were jealous,i began to think of how i’ll set up Merida so that aunt Vera’d hate her and send her to jail since her husband was a general militant in the military force whom based in abuja and were rich and happy with two kids which were:Ximena n Lisa whom have seen thrice but didnt like me becos they felt i was a golddigger,cheat and impostor n called them ‘spoilt brats’ which was true n tried convincin my Gio not to date or befriend me but who cares?we’re now datin n there’s nothin anyone or anybody’ll do about it as long as love charms are not scarce.

I couldnt wait for thursday night to come becos i’m a fan of soyamilk n loves drinkin it since it was my favorite among all drinks,i didnt tell Gio at all becos Leon told me not to,as usual we went to school on that thursday,did the normal thing as usual before headin home by 7pm,had our supper and so on before goin to our rooms.i checked the time,its was now 10:30pm,quickly took out the drink,opened it and gulped everythin to my mouth,kept the can under my bed before driftin off to sleep…..I woke up the next day which was a friday,did the housechores and the rest before waitin for her downstairs,10mins passed she hasnt come,shouted her name thrice but didnt respond,went to her room and met her door unlocked but to my greatest suprise,i saw Merida my friend,lyin flat on the bed,very weak,tired, pale n temperature was high when i touched her forehead and could hardly move which got me scared and confused becos i’ve not seen her like this before until i tried sittin her up before i spoke
