At that point, Nath disengaged himself looking at Agatha. He was surprise at her quietness.
That was unlike her. He looked at Mr Randy too who sat quietly on the cushion with his hands on his jaw. He turned seeing his mother on the same mood. “Agatha, thanks for helping my mother” he said but Agatha kept quiet. He turned to Mr Randy. “Sir, i appreciate your effort for accommodating my mother. We shall be going now” he turned looking at his mother.

“Son, i need to tell you something” the mother said.

“Sit down” Mr Randy supported.

Nath looked at Agatha again as he took his seat wondering what was happening. His mother also sat down.

“Your mother and i have known each other for years now” Mr Randy began then Agatha listened attentively.

“I don’t understand, sir”
“Son, this is your father” Mrs Mary supported.

Nath smiled unwillingly looking at his mother. “Mother, you are joking, right?”
“No, son”

“But you said my father is dead”

“I thought, he was but it turns out he didn’t die”

Nath looked at Mr Randy and Agatha again. He couldn’t believe it. “Can somebody explain to me what happened?” he said looking at Mr Randy.


“It all started years ago when i was working as a taxi driver…” Mr Randy began.
