As he got outside the rest of his teammates were already waiting in their getaway car. They beckoned him to hurry which he did. The formally full bustling with people and life area was nowondering completely empty almost resembling a ghost town.

A few metres away from that point, they were suddenly face with a road block involving two vehicle parked face to face.

Chido followed them jugging straight deeper into the bushes as several heavy shots rained on them from the direction they had come.

Ben said “that was an ambush. That was fast thinking on ur part” he told their host.
Their host replied “I am surprised they managed to organise themselves so fast but I didn’t want to take chances of finding out if it was the police or a rival family. I am just glad we didn’t have to cos it would have been bloody and we are all already tired”.

As they ran on they heard some more shots ring off over their heads, they all dodged briefly and continued on.

Ben said “their shots are getting closer”.
Their host agreed “yes they are following us. Come run faster”.

As they arrived the agreed spot, they met their comrads who took up position and started shooting back into the forest after they had crossed over.

In the commotion of all this Lawrence, Ben and Chido got their stuffs and the car they arrived in and screeched off.
