This time the doctor was away for 2 hours b4 he came out again and told them Chido was sleeping and that they could go to see him.

Grace bursted into tears on seeing Chido lying helplessly in bed wrapped up in bandages like an over wrapped Christmas gift. She wept till Chido started to stire in his sleep, tossing and turning restlessly. She didnt stop crying till the nurses had to draw her and the twins out.

Grace stayed back against all advice, she refused to go so the doctor pitied her and allowed her to use the bed next to Chido’s.

By the time the twins arrived the next morning two black jeeps were waiting outside the clinic with fierce looking men in Black who looked like military. B4 the twins could even say jack Robinson they watched helplessly as the fierce looking men whisked a protesting and kicking Grace out of the clinic but when Grace stood her ground and insisted she wasnt going anywhere without her boyfriend and his pals.

The leader of the group, a very tall barrel chested man who looked like he was made of stone placed just one fone call to an anonymous person and handed the fone over to Grace. A few exchanges of words between Grace and the anonymous person over the fone brought results as Grace started ordering the men around and they all started running to accomplish her deeds.
Only the tall barrel chested man stayed at his place with a sardonic smile playing on his face. He stood behind her as is joined with her shadow while his boys ran around, brought a sleeping Chido out of the hospital and Carried him gently into the Car.

He then nodded at the twins to enter the car which the did. Grace go in and placed Chido’s head on her lap and the Car sped out on it way. As they grove out one of the twins fearfully asked Grace where are we going? Who are these men?
She replied. they are my Dad’s bodyguards and we are going to Abuja.

On arriving the airport about 40 mins later, the jeeps drove straight unto the terminal to a leer jet waiting at the tarmac. The goons bundled Grace and her friends into the jet as the jet leaped straight onto the runway and took off into the air.

Grace carried Chido’s head on her lap all the way to Abuja and never let go till Chido was installed in the sick bay a walking distance from her wing of her dads Abuja mansion.

It was a breath taking event 4 the twins cos though they were used to money cos their parents were also very rich but in Grace’s case, things were lavishly wasted. It was not the evidence of wealth that dumbstruck the twins but rather the evidence of immense almost

unlimitless wealth that it hurt the senses even to start guessing how much must have been spent to build or furnish the mansion.

The twins were installed in the guest wing while Grace vanished into the main house and didnt resurface again till the next morning.

By the the twins had had a swim in the guest pool, had had breakfast and were lazying about by the pool. They brighten up when the saw Grace appear as if from nowhere in the company of fresh mean looking men in Black.

The twins asked about Chido and Grace told em he was still asleep so they asked to be dropped off at their parents house since they also stay at Abuja.

Grace ordered two of the mean looking men with qa wave of her hand to see to their needs and strolled off in the opposite direction to look into Chido again.
