KING DION of Greece a fine man,tall and too serious with the gods and their wrath,was returning home after battling
with the spartans, he didnt want a bloodshed to happen but the spartans were known for their great knowlege in war tatics
and they never surrender even if the odds were not in their favour like this one, the spartans king was cornered by sire
Ammon, king dion right hand man and most trust worthy soldier, he was about to slit his throat when king dion stopped him
and forced him to sign a peace treaty because spartan was a small and neighbouring town and how would it look if he fights
them but blame it on the spartan king who was ambitious and selfish, he wanted more territory and wanted the whole of
Greece to himself, after making him sign, the spartans retreated and king dion made his way to his home.

IN his inner chambers, king dion servants took off his armour and he eased himself into the bath water which was
warm and scented with flowers and shampoo, he was pious and the most liked kings among the gods, he never chewed more than he could bite, he was satisfied with his position, his family and his other accomplishments, just when he was about to start bathing, he heard a voice, “the gods were proud of you today” king Dion was scared because he was sure he was alone, but raising his head seeing Hermes in his fine ornanents and his face shining like the morning sun, he bowed back speaking in a humble voice, I’m glad they were proud, Hermes moved towards king Dion a little, folded his arms and said lay with your wife tonight and you will be glad you did, king Dion was Happy beyond words, he knew what the gods meant, his voice trembled in his reply, with tears flowing from his eyes,am really grateful for this he said admist the joy in his voice, u deserve it Hermes replied and off he went with the wind, the king raised his head slowly crying tears of joy.
