I got home the next morning after having a rigorous night vigil at Thompson's hostel . Infact I slept with one of my eyes opened with the fear of having another recurrence or another encounter with the the masked men.
I can still recall vividly that night, Sabato, Abolo and Smart came running into the hostel after about 20mins when the incident occurred. They were all looking agile and furious, similar to the way the Nigerian police would react after visiting a crime scene.

Abolo: na me dey vex pass. Right now me dey on 500 milligram of Tramadol, I fit do anything. Infact, Thompson I dey vex for you, why you no call me.

Thompson: Abolo, How I go take call you?.... you no know say them take my HTC phone. Phone wey I just buy? (I could see tears about to come out of his eyes)

Sabato: I always dey talk say make una dey lock this gate if 7 don reach. Ekpoma no safe. Yesterday them burst Patrick hostel (tapping Abolo's hand rapidly) you no know Patrick now?

Abolo: Patrick,... Patrick (Trying to remember)... Ooh! That guy wey dey form strong man. Wey get big head and big eyes like segun arinze

Sabato: yes na. Upon say, ''confra'' men full there, them still burst the place. We too dey loose guard for this hostel i swear.

Abolo: and I heard the gun shot o. I reason am.
But I no put mind. I be think say na normal gunshot wey them dey shoot everytime for night. You know how e dey be now.

Me: Brosses, make we dey vigilant next time. Thompson doh (sorry)

Thompson:Temy, Them finish me o... Them finish your boy anyhow. See my back (opening his back for me to see) you know see am?

Me: choi! Them scatter your back o. See blood. I sure say you no go forget this day for your life. Ekpoma na hard life o

Thompson: those guys say them know me. But how????

Me: why them no go know you..., you are always going to every club and parties around. You don cast now.

Abolo: make we always dey mindful. Let's try to be careful and trust no one. I believe say, this na setup.

While the guys were busy discussing issues relating to the current matters arising in the Hostel. I was busy comforting the girls. I was holding them close to me, tapping one or two current. ''ey! Sorry o. Stop crying'' I said ''they won't come again you hear''. I held the orobo babe closely to my chest. I could feel the vibration flowing into me. Her boobs were so soft and huge. ''choi, make I hold this babe tight o I fit no see this opportunity again'' i tot.
I finally got home around 8:00am in the morning, it was indeed a long night. A night I'd never forget. It was more like jumping from frying pan to fire. Having experiencing my girlfriend getting fucccccked by another dude, I also experienced a robbery, a scary one for that matter, that same day. Isn't life wonderful?.

On getting to my hostel, I saw Precious outside brushing her teeth. It was unlike the Precious knew, she never comes out to brush her teeth. Anyways it wasnt my business. We were done. It was clearly over between us. She disgusted me.... But When she saw me, she ran up to me and gave me a huge hug. I just stood there like a weakling. ''which kind wahala be this'' i wondered.
