I knocked twice at the door, awaiting a response fRom Precious. ''I'm coming, hold on'', she said. I stood patiently waiting for Precious to open the door. I perceived my breathe for the last time, it was perfect, my lips were ready for action. She eventually opened the door and I entered. This was actually the first time of entering my neighbours room.


Precious: come in.


Temy: thank you.


Her room was quiet girly. It was painted pink and a splash of purple. There was a wardrobe, tv, chair, table and a huge bed. I stood for a second contemplating where to sit... The ''chair'' or the ''bed''. The bed will be the most idle place to relax but I just have to be gentle man, I don't want want to rush things.



Precious: please feel at home.


I jejely sat down on the chair, she offered me a can of Malta, which I sipped while we began to discuss. We talked about matters relating to
education, family and the society at large.
Precious was indeed a good companion, I never knew she was a talkactive. After a brief pause. I began to express myself.




Me: precious, I've never felt like this in a long
while. You've captured my heart already.



Precious: are you serious. Don't joke with me o



Me: I can't. Infact you have the keys already. I'm falling deeply for you. I've never felt like this in a long while, and it's because of you.



Precious: Mm. You're yet to even know me.



Me: why not give me a chance, to show you how I feel. I'd never let anything happen to you. This I promise



Precious: but you have a girlfriend


Me: No I don't, I'm single.



Precious: boys, you guys lie too much. I can never trust a guy.



Me: Baby, you can't just generalize. And We are all different species, one is different from the other.



Precious: but I've been cheated before, I don't want such again.



Me: Baby, I will never do anything to hurt you. Ever since I saw you, I knew you were the right one for me. There's a reason The Almighty brought us together.



I slowly stood up from the chair where I was sitting and went straight to the bed where she was.



Me: Baby look into my eyes (she shylishly looked at me) I love you.



I was about to kiss her sweet socolent lips, when her sister, Mary bashed into the room. ''Mo gbe, yawa... Sister Mary don catch me o'' I tot.
The three of us just kept starring at eachother. I bid Precious farewell and greeted Mary with a smile. I left the room.
