lieutenant williams wasn’t suprise to see the action about to take place, he just smiled and walked towards his officers , still beaming with that handsome smile which gave him the confidence of an able leader. Looking directly into his opposers faces he let out a mild chuckle which made every one confuse about what was really funny. Suddenly the chuckling turn into a heavy laughter, looking straight into the eyes of every one he decided to enlighten them
“gentlemen, many of you will be wondering why i suddenly bust out laughing, its a very funny circumstance or should i say coincidence that most gallant and rugged men who fought side by side with me during the war times, who made sacrifices with, to win the war, and yes we did win . We fought on the good side and we fought because we believed that we fight to be free, our brothers, sisters, children, wives , fathers and mothers we fought for so that they will live a life of freedom, but here we are ready to kill ourselves”
he pause , taking a careful glance and look on the faces of his officers, shook his head then continued with his speech
“that was how it happened when lieutenant sampson lost his life and you all think me to be a fool? Come on , we are the marine commandos, we are trained to take lives when ever we fine ourselves in such situations but we are not trained to commit murder. But now why are we turning around to murder ourselves just because of some self centered individuals in power.we were sent on a mission to rescue not to kill ourselves except the fact that that captain did commissioned you all to murder me and my unit for some selfish benefit”
