“You still haven’t told me why your after sophia”,i stated as I pinned her to the bed and who sent you after her…….she rolled her eyes as she looked up at me,”you just don’t give up,do you????,well we’ll talk about this later”,she said as she lifted herself from the bed and apparently she was very uncomfortable…….I decided to give her time and not to push too hard as she dressed up and planting a deep kiss on my lips,she left the room presumably going back to her duty post as I slung myself from the bed and unto the ground as my eyes caught the nightstand….there was not a single object left there…..smart girl,she must have taken her effects as she left for wherever she went…….

i dropped to my arms and huffed set after set of press-ups as I thought about the whole issue,nothing helped me get my thoughts together like a good work-out……..

As I finished and wiped the sweat from my body,i ran my bare palm across my jawline as I felt stubs of hair growing adventitiously…..That was a good sign…..In the mean time I knew I needed to see Alice and explain to her what had happened and even if I could not,i would love to hear her voice at least…….

I picked up my mobile phone and dialled her number……My heartbeat increased quite considerably as I anticipated her voice….

The phone rang without hearing her voice as I kept calling repeatedly presumably to encourage her to pick up…..After the sixth try,she picked and I could tell she was crying……She was able to speak in a teary voice,”what do you want???,haven’t you hurt me enough???”,……I was demoralized and nearly lost the will to speak….”wont you tell me why your disturbing me????”,she continued as I barely found my voice to speak,”i have always loved you,all I did,i did for your safety…..Am not a bad person,you of all people should know that….I’ll find you and i’ll hold you in my arms once more….be sure of that”,i said as I ended the call……….i dressed up and left the room walking down to the hotel entrance as I left without making an effort to find ashley with my eyes….I didn’t trust her yet to disclose my whereabouts to her……I wouldn’t be in this mess if I had been as careful as I once was……I needed to get back to the senators mansion…..I needed to know who was responsible for killing the senator directly cos whoever it was would lead me to slow……….I was officially back on the hunt…….
