At the sound of that, the glass cup nearly fell from her hands, she hadnt been expecting that. Her hands trembled for seconds before she calmed down reminding herself that she had cut short her feelings for that hunk of a guy since she entered SS2.

‘i dont know’ Susan said softly ‘even though i know you are trying hard to kill your feelings for the guy, just let them be okay?’

Maria fidgeted with her clutch then stood up and arranged her gown.

She knew she might just burst into tears there and then. She had lost two things that really mattered to her. Her virginity and Henry.


Henry was the guy she had been crushing on since primary school. The guy was very handsome and every girl’s dream. Even though Maria was the most beautiful girl in class, he never noticed her. At first he was dating Ginika, one dark, fat and ugly girl wit big brea.st and butt0ckz.


When Henry started noticing her was during their junior waec when they sat in the same chair. She had difficulty in some subjects and it was the guy that put her through.


They became close friends throughout Ss1 and just when she thought the guy as liking her, he started chasin Abby around like the way fly follows sh.it.


Abby had refused to date him then because of her.


And then in Ss2, she tried her possible best to avoid him by not picking his calls or replying his text messages. He was surprised at first but later stopped calling her.
And now Abby was dating him. God!
