Here is a little biography about myself. My name is Diana, am sixteen years old and am currently living with my mum and dad.
My dad and mum were both rich, very rich and I am their only child. Being their only child did not do well to my behaviour and manners as I was over pampered.

This continued till I was fully grown. Stubbornness was my second name and noone dares to challenge me.
Above all, beauty was a natural gift from God to me. I have been selected the most beautiful girl in my school since the day I started schooling there (ERUDITE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL)
This continued for awhile till I got to ss3 and everything immediately changed.
There was the girl called Tracy. She is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. Her beauty surpasses everything on earth. It was as if she was the one that created herself.
The whole boys, teachers and even my side chicks turned their attention to her. Noone cares about me again.
It really hurts. How can I cope with this kind of situation. I was regarded as the most beautiful girl in school before and not anymore again since this mysterious girl called Tracy came to my school.

I couldn’t eat for days. I hated Tracy so much but hating her won’t make her less beautiful or won’t add any beauty to me.
I decided to come up with a plan. Yes, why not be her friend and find out her secret behind her mysterious beauty.
Getting her to be my friend wasn’t difficult at all. After some persuasion, she decided to show me the way, the way of ultimate beauty.
I was d--n happy. I could remember vividly well that I threw a house party that cost me almost one hundred thousand naira.
On the d-day, she took me out saying she is going to show me the way of being extremely beautiful. I so shocked when she brought me to the middle of the sea.

DEEP INSIDE THE BLUE SEA

As the minutes passes by, I was getting more and more scared. If I die here, what’s going to happen to me?
What will my family say about this? I am very foolish. I would have discovered that Tracy was a supernatural being. Now wonder her beauty was not human.
I would have think things through before following her. I would have neglected her in the first place. I would have turn my back against her. What if I being taken to a place to be used as a sacrifice.
Different thoughts filled my head as we swam to an unknown location.
Tracy: we have arrived.
She said and we entered inside a huge house made of pure diamonds. On getting inside the house, I turned pale white because of fear.

Though the house was under water, inside was as dry as my own house on land. Not only that, they were many mermaids inside house.
This time, their tails have vanished. I looked at Tracy, her tail has also vanished leaving her with two legs like me. She left me and went to meet her other mermaid friends.
It was then I realised the mistake I have done. All because of BEAUTY
