Tunde prowled around his big sitting room restlessly jumping from one phone call to another. His visage made it evident that something was not right, and it could easily be deciphered that he had not tasted sleep for the past 24 hours.



“Melvin .where are you”? Tunde muttered slicing his breath. Who ever Melvin was, it was obvious he was the behind Tunde’s restiveness for the past 24 hours.



“Ring Ring” his phone tolled out brought him out of his oneirism.

“Yeahh hello.. Have you found my son.. Have you” Tunde yelled out on whoever he was talking to
“No boss. We havent”
“Then why are you calling me”? Tunde snapped back with a steamy rage.

“Just got information that he was kidnapped by some unknown men. And we’v been trying to locate the kidnappers and probably nap them and save Melvin” The caller explained with jitteriness.


“Plss do okay. I need my son alive! Nothing must happen to him. So get back to work. Just make snappy with whatever thing you are doing .. You must save him!” Tunde drawled out pleadingly though with a tinge of command.
Melvin was Tunde Ogunyemi’s biological son.


Apart from being his biological son, he was his only child giving to him by his late woman. After his life was salvaged from the bullet Dr.Banji’s goon shot at him and was recuperated in Abeokuta. Tunde had decided to settle down there, thinking that was the best way to palisade himself from the prying eyes of his foe, Dr.Banji.


During the time he was staging on how to continue his business, which had later risen to it apex now, Tunde developed an emotional feeling towards the young nurse that was placed in charge of him during his recuperation. And soon after Tunde had gained more grandness in what he knew how to do best, him and the young nurse, Fatima loved up immediately and of course which actually led Fatima getting pregnant for him. Tunde loved Fatima so much, and for the first time he forgot all what he felt for Eliza. It was doubtlessly a feeling of deja vu.
Tunde had promised Fatima he would get married to her immediately she gave birth to their baby. But like i always said, life never fails to show up at the pleasant situations. Life sometimes screws things up for mankind.
How funny could life be, when you are at the verge of achieving your heart desires, then life displays it disapproval. What a life of miseries! A life of misfortunes!



Life loused up their plan of being together as husband and wife the day Fatima birth Melvin. Fatima died as a result of excess loss of blood. Tunde was pained when he heard he lost his woman. It seemed to him that God never loved him. The only woman he thought he could love like Eliza had gone again.


What a pity!

Tunde then decided to digress and divert all the love he had for his late woman to the baby she left behind. Tunde loved Melvin, he envisioned him as a reflection of his mother, so that made him bestowed all the love he could sprout out on his son Melvin.


Now, just 24 hours ago, his driver had taken Melvin to his school like on daily routine, and for him to go get him back he was told an impersonator had come for the young lad. Tunde hearing that an impersonator had come for his son made him go umbrageous and same time he was drab and going forlorn. If it was a kind of ransome game, he was sure he was ready to pay any amount to retrieve his son back.



“Daa daa ddy” 8 months old Temi cackled out while also crawling to meet his foster father.


“Ah Temi..” Tunde mumbled out with tears dribbling from his eyes, while also lifting him up on his feet. “Daddy is not fine, Your brother is nowhere to be found. He has been kidnapped.”Tunde rustled out to little Temi like a solace, but the baby only cooed out the more.


“Boss we found Melvin” A smooth barritone voice pierced through the atmosphere of the room. Tunde hearing that, jolted up with ecstasy and enthusiansm carrying Temi in his arms, it was no doubt he was happier than Jeffery Akoh( the 18 years old boy who just just won the season 8 MTN project fame last week ???? ) at that moment as he lurched towards the door to meet the announcer.



“Where is my boy ? Where is him?” Tunde asked with raptus. He was so happy his boy was found.
“Sir Melvin is dead. He was found dead on an uncompleted building.” The announcer dropped the grenadier words with enough bereft
“And information from a top corner reached me that he was used as a sacrifice by just rookie in the world known group “TheSagutarys”. He paused to access the stodginess on Tunde face for like 5 secs and after he found out that he was still save, he continued with his rancid tale.
“Sir, I don’t really know the initial of the rookie but i was told he is the C.E.O of DamiBeth Oil and DamiBeth Motors in the country” the announcer voiced out smugly ….
