instead of Uchechi staying and telling me where
Eunan was,she ran inside instead,to inform
Ifeoma that I am
Around…Hmmmmm..Seriously,it startled me as
well as got me thinking why Uchechi was
interested in telling Ifeoma that i was
around…That was when it finally flashed To my
mind immediately again…That “ololo wee”
incident in the bush!…I smiled as i remembered
this,and it occurred to me that Ifeoma and i
have not seen since that incident,and i had
rarely come to their house since…Who knows
what she must have said about me to her
people about that incident…Well,it wont be a
bad thing Anyway…..
Ifeoma came out immediately,almost as soon as
Uchechi ran in,and was all smiles…She was
radiating in beauty this time and has added a
bit i thought,or so my senses told
me…Actually,we usually refer to Ifeoma as
“Nwanyi Otele ukwu”(Big Arss girl),cuz of her

if there was something funny about me….I said
i want to go in their parlour and wait for
Eunan,so that i can watch Tv too,and Uchechi
is there too,which will cause distraction and act
as a detering factor for any possible bad thing
that is brewing up….But just as i finished saying
this,Uchechi came in and told Ifeoma that she
is going to visit Ebere(I later had a history with
that Ebere girl…..it will come up later),her
friend….Heeeeyi!! Almost escaped my
mouth,save for my timely self-intervention…
What type of temptation is this one na,Uchechi
that i was using as hope has now left the two of
us,and went out…What is today really turning
out to be for me,was all i could think of in my
mind,as i turned and saw Ifeoma Lock the
door..O boy!.
